So i just got out of a long relationship a few months ago and so did this guy i really like. We met and instantly clicked. He made me really feel good about myself, and kept my mind off of my x. He never let me frown. We had a great time together, drove to the beach, i met his family and loved them! They excepted me. After spending the weekend with his family and they were all telling me how much they liked me. Tuesday rolls around and he decides its not going to work out. I'm crushed. And confused. He said he could see having something really good with me but just not right now. I agreed, because i guess i felt like it was a little too soon for me to have a relationship as well. Im still heartbroken. And he came over last night to hang out. While a bunch of friends were at my house. I went to run an erron with him and he was being the biggest flirt and i could tell he missed me. Then we got home and he was acting really strange, just sat in a chair the whole night. What is he thinking

He is horny and/or confused. He doesn't want to act like he likes you in front of friends, and that is a red flag. Move on.

He wants you but he is not sure if the timing is right. Coming out of a relationship can really get your head messed up for sure. I think that with time the two of you may have something good.

it sounds to me like he is confused. he really likes you but is still hurt over his breakup with his ex. If you really like him just hang out and be his friend and let him move at his own pace without pushing him. When he is ready for a relationship you will already be half way there.

its horrible to meet someone you know in different circumstances would be ideal for you,,better him be honest than string you along,,,after all,he does want to keep you around him and he may even consider the fact you have just broken up with your boyfriend,,no one wants to be second best so until you have had a period of time to clear your head,,be friends.

you wont know untill you ask him. but in my opinion, he likes you, but it is just too soon for him to want anything right now, he probably dosnt want to be hurt again
