Every one is unique: true (meaning everyone has different contexts) But this does not mean that we all are "special", that we are valuable persons. Lets face it, and stop pretending, some people are stupid, some are cruel, some are just annoying, some are "good people" (the ones who agree with anything), some are bullshit.
Being special for someone depends on the values and expectations of that particular person. You should ask yourself: what I consider valuable? why that is valuable? when you have the answers (an you are convinced of it) try to built your life in that direction, then some people can consider you special and others will not. Trying to be special for everyone is a mistake, and a false attitude. Do not expect for external answer on this topic, you need to find your own.

My list would be too long ... and you would think me conceited ..lol
... and because i'm really special .. I can't/won't really answer this question ... as you would all copy me .. then I would no longer be special. ;-))
... but seriously ... I'm probably more unique than special (like a lot of people are) ... and I think that in this day and age ... people throw that (special) word around way too much ... in the same way they do the word love ... instead of lust or infatuation.
so to most of you guys who answered ... you may be unique ... but only very few are special ... unless you mean that you are special to others ... ie. family .... partner... etc.
... but enough of the preaching ... to summarise .. we are all unique ... some more than others ... but special .. c'mon... thats just ME ... !!!

Nobody's special, let's face it. Apart from Einstein and a few brain boxes who've changed the world, the rest of us are completely unimportant and ordinary. Thinking you're somehow 'special' is just inherent in the genetic programming, to get us all to reproduce - a very neat trick on God's part.

everyone has their own characteristics that make them special.
Me - I think I am special because I have a good sense of humor and I am a very caring and concerned person. I always try to do everything I can to help others. I am more of a giver than a taker.

i love people- not every single person i pass on the street- but people i meet i see there's some good there, and i appreciate it...

What makes me special...hmm...well I have a twin sister for one thing. We're 17 minutes apart which is special to me because that's considered a long time.

I'm cold-blooded, reasonable, I don't talk much and am very understanding. I listen and I am helpful. I know what's right and I try to always choose it. I know how to love and I do it. I wouldn't change that all for anything.
