Should females start living by these four golden rules!
1. you hit me and your gone!
2. you cheat on me and your gone!
3. If you think women are not equals then move on!
4. there are no second chances!
If so why do females put up with it and take back idiots who make us unhappy!

also im not single, just asking cause i have a friend who always goe's back to her idiot bf, and he treats her like crap I DON'T GET IT!

Those are awesome rules. May I add a few?
5. If you think I'm going to give it up to you before I'm ready, move on!
6. If you think I'm incapable of doing anything but serving you, move on!
7. If you don't give me my space, I'll get it myself — permanently!
8. If you think I won't notice if you flirt with other girls, think again!
I don't know why some women go back to guys who don't do those things. Maybe they're just masochists.

1) Yes, gone, with a good azz whippin' before hand. I was raised with a brother and mostly male cousins and I can and will defend myself. Done it before, can do it again if I have to. (I'm older now and would rather talk my way out of it, but I'll do what needs to be done).
2) Yes, gone. I don't and have never cheated so I don't want it done to me again. Ask my 1st hubby how fast he was out the door when he did it.
3) Women are equal in a lot of ways, but not all and we should all recognize this fact. We aren't as physically strong, but God made us equal in most other areas.
4) This depends on the circumstances of what was done. Physical abuse, no. Getting angry and taking out on me, okay, I can live with that, but watch it the next time. Cheating, you best have a dam good reason and 'I was drunk' don't cut it.
We take them back because that's the way we were trained. We were taught that keeping a man is a necessity in life and we should do everything possible to do that. Including taking a few slaps about the head and shoulders and putting up the cheating.
Our great grandmothers were taught that, they taught our mothers and they taught us. Only we got wise and discovered that there's no shame in divorce like they were taught. And to strike a man when he strikes you was unheard of.
Did you know there used to be laws about how a man could beat his wife? He couldn't use a stick over 2 feet long or thicker than his thumb. (Or some obscene thing like that). Laws to Beat Your Wife By, how stupid!

Yeah I think all of us want that and want those to be our four golden rules.....but love is blind and when your in love you seem to put up with a lot more bs than you think you would when your single and saying what the golden rules are. I don't know its just something that we do. We want them to be what we want but then when they are not we hang on to the hope that they will change and then become what we want. It's just a matter of how much bs we are actually willing to put up with.
Sleazy P Martini, at this time you have gotten two thumbs down! But honestly I agree with you! I gave you a thumbs up!!! Now the one about the kitchen we can debate on but..... ha :) But yeah this whole relationship thing is a two way deal. I agree with you. You treat me good and I'll treat you good. You do half of the work, work load at home, have an income, do your share of the bills and chores and yeah I'll do all of my half of all that. Blah blah to all the haters!

Is 6 a very good variety of cylinders? i'm not a automobile human being. I favor the platinum rule: Do unto others the way they favor to be dealt with. the way you want to be dealt with will likely not be the way i favor to be. This has that is complications too in a less than excellent international besides the undeniable fact that that is more effective than the golden rule.

i agree... more woman should live by these rules. But i think when it comes down to it. they are either afraid to make it on there own or love the guy so much that there judgement is really bad. They are good rules but hard to follow when it is actually happening to you.

i agree with 1&2 but 3&4 women aren't equal to men and if you really love this men give him asecond chance b-cuz if he really loved you you would want him to give you a 2nd chance

How about my rules to equal out yours.
1. If you hit me, expect to be hit back.
2. If you cheat on me, then YOU are gone.
3. If you think women are better than men, better get your butt in the kitchen.
4. There are no second chances, only booty calls.
and an added one.
5. Why should I be the one gone when I pay for everything, you get the hell OUT.
There, that's better.
