I split from my violent, cheating husband about 10 months ago. He does not pay for or show any interest in his daughter and says he does not love her. We live far away from him now but i was wondering if god forbid anything happened to me, if he would automatically be given responsibility, i ask this as i feel i must make a will to state my requirements. Does anyone have any info as i need to know what would happen to my daughter for my own piece of mind. my parents would gladly take custody but is this allowed?

Whenever I get the chance, I go to see my boyfriend, which usually isn't much, becuase I'm still in high school and he works full time as a shift manager. But whenever I do get the time to go and see him, he sometimes just sits in front of his computer playing games and I feel like he is ignoring me.

I am finally in a good relationship with a wonderful guy that I love with all my heart. I have a history of bad relationships, so I'm afraid that if I confront him about how I feel, I will lose him. He has reassured me in the past that I'm not going to lose him, but I don't want to get him mad at me, I've never seen him mad though. I don't know how I should confront him about it or if I even should confront him about it. What should I do???

My best friend and I live across the street from one another, we work together, and our daughters are best friends. We hang out with our familys on the weekend and we ride to work together. Is it really too much? We dont argue, and when we start getting tired of one another, we generaly distance ourselfs so we dont bicker... but is it WIERD.

and all my friends tell me he likes me but I just don't know. I don't have much nerve so he ALWAYS sneaks up behind me and grabs my sides because it scares me, like 4-5 times daily. One of his friends is in my class and is always telling me about him, like (name) did this the weekend, and (name) and me were arm wrestling and neither of us could win and stuff like that. We do nothing but watch home movies together and eat dinner together. Nothing else do we enjoy with one another-not finances, relatives get -togethers,sex, same group of friends, sports, etc.
I go to church, he golfs.
For over a decade, he keeps scrimping and saving up, asking me to give up essentials. Until now I always believed him when he said it was for our retirement. I have gone to marital and personal therapy for over a year and a half. He tried it once with me for 8 weeks and said it was stupid. Our marriage has no problems-just me.
Am I being naive or just making a mountain out of mole hill?

I found out that my husband looks at porn on the internet on a daily basis. I HATE the fact that he looks at more nude women on the internet than he looks at me. He told me that he would stop. However, a couple days later, I discovered that he was still doing it. How do I cope? What should I do?

Some girls from work are having a girls night out. I know that If I tell my husband he will get very jealous. I really want to go. I never get to go out. ok, wife and i did a little swapping w/ a couple ,who are now still friends, but I wasn't as attracted to the woman as she was to the husband. We stopped seeing them swapping, but my wife continued to talk w/ him, behind my back, and contuinued to lie about it when i would ask her if in fact she was. I found out a month later while paying the phone bill and seeing his number. she would call him sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. how should i react, she said it was nothing.????
