U turn to GOD. He's the only One that can make any of us feel better.Obviously you're not meant to be a punching bag, so u leave that relationship alone. A love one suppose to take u as u are, not try to put u down so he/she could feel like a man or a woman. Love urself and get some expectations, boundaries, and limits to certain ppl or things in ur life. Have standards baby. Live. Love. Let love live .

A good psychiatrist. All kidding aside if someone controls you that much maybe you should'nt have anything to do with that person. Perhaps they recognize their power over you, and possibly will play it to the end. Find a new person who values your feelings more than that

If you really think/feel that the person who made you cry is the ONLY person who can make you stop crying, you'd have to swallow your pride & go to that person for help about stopping.
I prefer to go to friends, family & God... they're great sources of shoulders to cry on.

get you a good book the best book is the bible, it tells you that man will turn on you , so don't put nothing past man , and i use the frase man to relate for men and wemon they will change up. so i suggest you find yourself through god if you believe in him, and your situation will take care itself through christ, and vengence is the lord so read psalms 27 and take care yourself

Yourself. You should be a strong person and not have to depend on someone else. It is great to need and want someone but you should still be able to be the strongest person for yourself.
