Hi, how indirectly tell my gf that we don' marry .in a way that doesn't disturb her much?

Come now, don't be such a p*ssy. These are things one has to dicuss in a relationship and if this is something you know for sure then you ought to tell her as soon as possible. You can't lead the girl on, that is just pathetic and disrespectful. Perhaps she will be happy, maybe she has no intention of marrying either. And maybe she'll cut her losses, dump you, and look for someone who does want to marry her. You owe her the freedom to make that choice. If you can't bring up the courage to address the issue directly (which you really should) then lead the conversation toward the idea of marriage in general and your views on the matter.

The whole idea of "dating" is to find a life partner.
You can tell your girlfriend that she is not the one for you and you don't plan to spend the rest of your life with her.
She can then decide if she wants to continue seeing you, but she probably will be disturbed by the news, so don't be surprised if she decides not to spend more time on you and moves on to someone else.
Even if you do it gently, she will probably feel that she has been used, especially if you are sleeping together.
