Some girls from work are having a girls night out. I know that If I tell my husband he will get very jealous. I really want to go. I never get to go out. Everytime I want to go dancing with him, he says that he is tired. Should I go and let him get jealous? I don't do and have never done anything to make him feel this way.

Go and make sure you stay close to your girlfriends. For years I did not go out-my husband said women who do are looking for trouble. Not true. We need female friendship. Love is not jealousy. Loving you is the opposite of jealousy-or should be. he needs to prop you up not pull you down. It is selfishness.

Honesty is always the best policy. I would rather him get upset by knowing then by finding out after you've gone out.

I'd ask him why he is jealous. You may think he is jealous when he's really not .. he may just want to spend time with you and if that's the case then you should tell him how you feel and that it is healthy for you to hang out with the girls from time to time.

Why don't you tell him you are going to hang out with the girls from work one night and relax, even suggest he have some of his buddies over to watch a game or something. That way he can have a guy night and you do a girl night and then have a sexy hook up in the middle of the night at home. He may like that idea.

Just tell him you want to go and have some fun with your girls. Tell him there's no reason to get jealous. You love him, but you just need to hang with the girls for a while.

You should go. You are entitled to a night out just like anyone else. Should he have a reason to be jealous, or is he just being controlling?

a marrage dies not constitute of just you and him. for you guys to be able to be together you need to have seperate lives and together lives.
by letting him make you feel bad for wanting to go out it puts you down.
you should be able to go out. he is not the booss of you. remember you are your own woman and you are the only person that has authority over you.

honesty is the best policy. tell him what you want to do. i mean the way fate works he is going to find out you went out and if you are not upfront and honest about it he will think the worse and think you are having an affair or something.....
