I can never understand why someone who you meet for the first time pretends to be someone they are not (i e Caring, thoughful, understanding) and turns out to be a real B***H. True colours come out sooner than later, so why not just be yourself rather than lie?

What is more important while choosing a husband or wife? someone who enjoys doing the same things as you like hobbies and who has a simliar outlook on life in terms of what you value and feel is important in life OR someone who you know would always be faithful, a good parent to your children, loving and stable but whom you may not be able to enjoy certain things with like travel, hobbies and more importantly life values like religious views or compassion for the global community.

i knew this guy for about 2 years but we been friends/ girlfriend/ boyfriend, he loses his job every few months and needs help with rent, of course i help him cause he is a wonderful person but it is hard somethimes to tell him no all he really has is me, i'm sure he can handle himself with out me, i really like hanging out with him and he is always to busy looking for a job, but he sits at his brothers house or friends house and can't come see me when i want him to, its always when he wants to i need help to try to figure it out what i should do cut him loose or keep him around for other things

My boyfriend is obsessed with me, which is not good if i ever want to leave him. He loves me very much and puts me first though. My ex-boyfriend who i still have strong feelings for is trying to get back with me. We broke up because he moved away after katrina and because he's a jehovah's witness, im not. We had everything in common though. I love them both, but my ex is like my best friend. My current boyfriend would do anything for me, but i worry that he may be TOO in love, which can mean pshyco in some cases. What should i do? Also, my ex makes a lot more money right now than my boyfriend who is working on his career (if this matters). I just want to know who would be the best option.

Me and my brother have always been there for eachother, I am sad help me...?
my brother is my only family member who I ever could rely on. His new girlfriend has stolen from me ALOT and from my boyfriends family at family gatherings. What's the problem here?
I hung out with a girl in college from a class of mine and she flirted with me. I asked her out, we hooked up a couple of times, and then she said it's a good idea we don't become romantically attached and just be friends. I told her that's fine and that I have no problem with that.

Then, she was like "I MEAN it". And I said ok.....wondering why she was being so defensive about it. So time passed and she was giving me a spectacularly cold shoulder. I never knew why. So I called her one day and she said Hello? I said it was me and her voice dropped like I was a 60 year old child molester........

First off, what gives? I know in my heart I was nothing but nice and honest to this girl. I'm not playing victim, but in case I do sound like one, too bad. Men get hurt too. We're not all monsters.

Secondly, I asked her on the phone if everything was ok she retorted "Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, no". I asked what was wrong and she said "Uhhhhhhhhh lots of things" And told me to not call.

I was going out with this guy and he is a year older. I went out with him for about a year and a half but we started having trouble when he found out I ceated on him 6 times. I broke up with him because he wanted me to ignore my Cuz. I forgave him but don't want him to think it was because he gives me gifts. For more than a year there's been this one girl who I can't stop thinking about, over the summer she started to see how I feel about her and this year has been more flirty with me than usual. My friends say she totally digs me and my heart says so too but I'm worried that she might say no and ruin our friendship if I asked her out.
