My wife are under alot of stress but we fight alot...we are both full time students. i have noticed that she dosent give me the attention she used to and when she needs help with a question or something she will ask other people and not me? I am getting kind of jealous but I know I shouldent be, or should I???

My best friend Kim is married to Dave.
Dave came over Saturday night (they live right above us), and one of my female friends "Sara" came over. The entire night, Dave was all up on her: play wrestling, tickling, grabbing, hugging every five minutes, etc etc etc. At one point in time, he had her on the ground. He has NEVER done this with any other girl. After Sara left, he kept saying she was a b**** because she didn't give him a hug when she left. The thing is, I watched them. He initiated ALL of the contact. My husband is concerned for Kim because only a month ago, Dave was about to divorce her. I don't want to tell Dave he can't come down anymore, b/c he's kind of crazy and I don't want to piss him off and have him take it out on Kim. Sara doesn't plan on being around him anymore. But do I tell Kim what her husband was doing, or keep it to myself? I am not one to break up a home, happy or not.
Please, I'm asking for advice, not bashing.

ok, i got married in 1993. my husband and his new girlfriend brought me divorce papers for me to sign. all of the dates and stuff were wrong, so i marked on the papers and put the correct info. on there then gave them to him to bring them back to me fixed. well, in the mean time we went to court for assault with a deadly weapon, on his part, and he never paid his divorce atty. so like 2 years later i called the courts, and it said that the divorce was denied by prosecution. well, he moved to florida and i talked to one of my "so called" friends and she said that my husband got a divorce in fla. but i call the courts in texas, and it still says denied by prosecution. so are we divorced or not? how can he get a divorce from me in another state, and it not be posted nationally. so how do i find out all of the details with out pending a bunch of money on an atty.? plz help, thanks

I am a married woman who is having an affair with a married man. I met him at work and he at first he flirted with me and offered to take me out, I played him numerous times because I thought he was no good. I still had my apprehensions about him. eventually we exchanged numbers. I was so confused I asked him did he want to take things any further and he said he wanted to. We went out together several times and then I asked him again how he felt about his marriage and he told me several times he loved his wife but I want to be with you. So, recently I had gave him the space to decide if he wanted to continue to see me. After a day, he told me he had fallen in love with me and did not want to give up on me. Months later. now I am deeply in love with him. I want to end the relationship because I don't think he will leave his wife for me because he is comfortable. But I also believe he is in love with me. I don't want to loose him. What should I do?

I work for a Sole-Practitioner Attorney and he said yes, because it is not national and the courts are open. Is this true? I thought if is was federal then you should get it off. (The WellsFargo bank downstairs is closed for the holiday) I want to know so I can ask for my double pay!! Thx

I went out with a guy I've known for a while a couple of weeks ago. We ended up kissing and one thing led to another. The only thing I don't like is that he seems really into french kissing... he doesn't kiss without tongue AT ALL, not even at the start of a kiss. I don't mind it occassionally, but I'm not a great fan, doesn't do much for me and sometimes makes me want to gag. Do I tell him?! Also, he gave me oral sex after about 10 mins of foreplay... I don't like this either as it makes me feel pressured to orgasm, and the thought of him kissing me after having his face down there really turns my stomach. how come ex's cant move on, just coz u have moved on met some1 new, and u and ur new b/f are very very happy, why after nealy 4 1/2 months do ex's think they can rear their ugly heads, like a germ lol baffles me as too why they do, just get a life of ur own is what i say, life is 4 living make the most of it, dont dwell on the past. be happy and have loads of fun along the way. oh and yeah they r soo sad they use excuses not to speak to u to clear the air. oh and yeah they use ur mutual friends to do it 4 u though making sure along the way that hopefully ur m8 will stop speaking to u. omg whats up do they get a kick out of it. mad n sad.

Ok. Here's the problem. There is this girl that I have known since the beginning of highschool, so we've been friends for over 4 years now. I started to get a bit of a crush on her near the end of grade 12, and over the summer as well. Now we are both going to the same university, and over the past month my 'bit of a crush' has exploded into something new. I've gotten to know her better, and every little thing she does I find cute and irresistible. I honestly like to just go and literally do nothing with her. That sounds weird, but I don't know how to explain it better. I would absolutely love to ask her out, but I don't want her to get weirded out by me as we are already good friends. I also fear that I may have left it too late, because she has mentioned that there is a cute guy on her floor that she hopes maybe likes her. What should I do? I have been with boyfriend for two and a half years now, we have two beautiful little girls. At first everything was good with my first daughter and we were even talking about marriage. But, I got pregnant a year later with my second daughter and things changed. We started arguing to the point where we were fighting and police were involved 4 times. But, we still are together. My boyfriend is 5 years older than me. And I am afraid I will lose him if I don't grow up soon. He says he loves me. I have been staying with him for over a year now and recently my two sons 14,17 have had to stay with me almost all the time. I am looking for my own place now , as we, Brandon and I have been living in an apartment while going thru divorces.(divorces already in progress before we met) I ended up needing to stay with him and now he is buying a condo and I am looking for an apartment. He told me he does not want to live with my kids. He said that possibly , when he gets his own place and I or my kids aren't there, his kids, 14, 21, will want to come to his place more often. He said right now he wants us to still date . He doesn't want to see anyone else and hopes that I won't. He said right now he is not ready to live with me and my family. I love Brandon very much. He recently told me he felt like I was using him because he has always paid for everything. He makes alot more money than I. I never asked him to do that or expected it.

I feel useless when I am not around, but I think he may feel crowded when I am.
