Oooohhh, that girl is dangerous!
Take out an ad in the paper. Seriously. Make sure it has your photo and a notice that she tries to steal your identity and that you will not be responsible for her actions.
Cut out the ad, get it laminated, and send copies whenever you get notified that she is taking your name in vain.
Oh, and tell her Nora will come and fix her red wagon if she EVER does that again!

Report your Id stolen and go speak with someone in that police department. B/c what's going to happen is that any time you get pulled over or you go for a job at a huge company, they are going to come back and say that you have a warrant, and you'll be arrested or you won't get a job. This is serious, it's not a joke. You are going to have to have the court lift your warrant and although you might not want to, but you are going to have to tell them it's your sister. After a recent story on My9news, you might even have to get a news crew involved to help you out.

I believe you can contact DMV (division of motor vehicles-different name in each state) in person and let them know you need to have your ID changed. I would suggest also consulting with your local police dept and reporting your name used fraudently. You can also contact the three credit reporting agencies-transunion, equifax and experian and let them know your name has been used fraudulantly and they can do a 90 alert so if she tries to buy something, etc, it will alert you first. After a certain amount of time and with some paperwork, they can extend this alert for 7 yrs. I've had to do this same thing because of a divorce situation. Good luck and please ask the above agencies for their assistance, it should be realatively free of charge. If you are a minor you will need assistance from your parents as well.

Call the DMV and report the other one stolen and get u a new one. They cant do anything but at least u told them it was stolen. My husband had his wallet stolen and I was told to call the DMV and inform them that away if some one used it then he wouldnt be liable. I would aslo report her to the police maybe then she can get some help for the drugs.

ok it would not make sence to me, you're 23 years previous no longer a baby. If she is often hitting you and abusing you teach your mothers and dads the marks. call the law enforcement officers, you're scared, take care of it. in case you may circulate on your place, then walk to the door and lock her out, in some unspecified time contained sooner or later she has to pass ou you're giving her the capacity over you.

You two are gonna get in big trouble. Youre screwing up letting her do this. If shes into drugs, this is looking bad for you. This could cause a big jumbled up mess and itll be hard to straighten out. Good luck with that. It was stupid to begin with. Your sister obviously doesnt care about you.

You probably can't stop it. Talk to the authority people she would normally be in contact with, prove your identity and tell them that she is someone else. She can't be the first person in the world who's done this, so they might be able to help you around it.

Get your id back. Change it. If she continues, just file a report, so if she gets into trouble, they won't be arresting you.
