Because it's the only way they can keep from seeing how useless they are, by trying to make others seem worse then themselves.

I enjoy watching reality shows because it allows me to enter the world of others while I have my own life, it is fun to enjoy watching someone else's!

Really my own life is enough to handle. I only get on Q&A because I want to help and enjoy it! Everyone has to live their own life!

Some people are doers, some people are watchers. People who are watchers wish they could be doers but they are too scared to. So instead, they watch the doers, aka reality tv. See, I wish I could go on American Idol. But, Instead I watch.
Plus, it is very entertaining!

that is so true but other people always find ways to enjoy other people problems like drama always attracts people of all type size race ,and religion.
