He smokes, and I have a major issue with it. We have talked about this "issuse" a lot and he has told me that he would stop smoking rather than lose me and our reationship. I don't think he should stop smoking "for me" because then it may lead to resentment and mistrust!!! He should stop because HE wants to...I feel like this is a lose/lose situation - I can't deal with the smoking and wishes I could just "deal with it".

whats this mean, please help?
ok about a month ago, i spilled my guts to one of my friends, told her that i like her alot, and all this stuff, shes only 13. well she wrote me back and said she hasnt ever seen us as more thanfriends, and that she dont like me like that but she dont want it to ruin our 8 year frendship.. well..over the past month, I've been avoiding her, simply for my sake, just simply not to bring those feelings back up, cuz when I'm around her they all come back. but she emailed me yesterday, and said she was sad, becauze it was straining our friendship. and she wants things like they used to be, well i told her why i had been avoinding her, and she said she totatlly understood why. well, I know she dont like me like that now, but am I crazy to think there mite be sumthin in the future, cuz she was obvioulsy ( she said) she was really sad, seeing us like this, and since shes only 13, am i crazy to think there mite be sumthin in the next year or two? she also said, " dont take the rejection to heart

So this guy from my gym and I like each other and 2 wkends ago we finally told each other how we'd been feeling. We made out and cuddled all night and then the following couple days he suggested we hang out that coming Sat... he's busy with his job (which apparently is very good); He dogged out on Saturday at the last minute over text message saying he'd call the next day. He DID call and left me a sweet mesage apologizing, saying he'd explain why he's been so busy with work when I called him back. So I called him back and he never picked up; I left a message and got no call back. He came into the gym the next day and came right up to me to talk to me. We were just making small talk about his work and he said ..."I found out I have to go out of town next week, I've been more than head under water but I'll be around more in the next couple days"...If he suposedly likes me, then why is he being so aloof? He's REALLY shy and reserved, but WTF? Am I being blown off?

I am trying to make some sense of how I feel right now. I am a guy. I have to wear my hair in a ponytail at work. My hair's not that long, so I have to wear it more mid-head than nape. There is a guy there that sometimes tugs it when he is behind me and makes comments about it being "cute" etc. After some questions here, some people suggested he is flirting with me rather than trying to make fun, or cause a fight. I don't know for sure that is true yet.

But I have been feeling mixed emotions since someone first said this. I've. never had a real GF before, but I do like girls and not felt attracted to guys, so I figured I wasn't gay. It's not like I feel attracted to this guy either. I mean I posted this morning figuring he was looking for a fight.

But now I am confused about how I feel because even though he is a guy, I kind of feel good in a way that someone (anyone) is maybe flirting with me too.

How would you feel if someone of the same sex flirted with you. How would you react.

I've recently been talking on the phone with my ex-wife, we sometimes talk for two or more hours. She's thirty eight,I'm forty one. When we were married we had the the best of times together, Everything was great until she came to the realization that her need to have a child was greater than the Love that we Shared. She knew before we were married that I wasn't able to have children but it wasn't a problem then. She was completely honest with me about her reason for wanting to separate, I was crushed and I feel that it hurt her deeply too. She broke my heart. It's been seven years since we've been apart. She's single now and has a five year old daughter and has come back into my Life. It feels like we are falling in Love again or like we have never been apart. I almost don't know how to feel.
