So this guy from my gym and I like each other and 2 wkends ago we finally told each other how we'd been feeling. We made out and cuddled all night and then the following couple days he suggested we hang out that coming Sat... he's busy with his job (which apparently is very good); He dogged out on Saturday at the last minute over text message saying he'd call the next day. He DID call and left me a sweet mesage apologizing, saying he'd explain why he's been so busy with work when I called him back. So I called him back and he never picked up; I left a message and got no call back. He came into the gym the next day and came right up to me to talk to me. We were just making small talk about his work and he said ..."I found out I have to go out of town next week, I've been more than head under water but I'll be around more in the next couple days"...If he suposedly likes me, then why is he being so aloof? He's REALLY shy and reserved, but WTF? Am I being blown off?

he is NOT working on a saturday night. & even worse not calling but TEXTING you to cancel "last minute"
even if he is shy that doesn't give him the right to act like an asshole. you are getting played.

Sounds like the guy is really busy & work oriented. That can be a good thing.....On the other hand, are you sure he's not married?
Then again, you said he was shy, so don't try to push anything. If it's meant to be, it will be.
In the meantime, Keep your eyes open for other

I would say that he is a pretty busy career minded guy. I would give him some space and see what happens but I wouldn't fall head over heels for him right now. I would wait and see if things pan out or not

oh yea you are getting blown off see he got what he wanted,you gave in very easy,you always put your self on a pedestal.never ever give up your body so easy trust me when the right man dose come around,you don't wont to be all used up and burnt out.all men are not the same.you need to take your time and wait ,if you don't love your self then you cannot expect some one else to.

Is he busy with his job or with another woman? If everytime I called him and he didn't answer I would let him call me from then on. I am suspicious of men who are SOOOO busy that they can't answer or even return a call. It's like man, are you married or a spy or something?!! Seriously though, listen to that inner voice that always lets you know when something just ain't right! Good luck....

No it does't sound like you are. If so he wouldn't be calling you and talking to you at the gym. Maybe he is waiting for you to make the next move.
