Should be better than when I was 24 and I dated a 28 year old.
I had recently graduated from college, and was still a bit too much into partyin and stuff for her.
31 and 26 should be good though.

Of course you can...lets face it some guys at 26 are a lot more mature than probably some of the guys you've date who are in their 30's. Just treat it like any other relationship and make sure it is the right person and the right relationship for you.

Sure you can, and find happiness with him too. Consider whether or not you and he are in the same places in your life. That is what usually is the problem when there's an age difference between a couple. If you are, there should be no problem. If not, you're just dating.. not accepting a marriage proposal. So go on and have some fun.

You can. I tried it, and it didn't work for me, and he was just a year younger. Remember too that guys mature later than girls, so even though age-wise there may be a difference, add 2-4 years to that maturity wise, and that's the difference. If he's 5 years younger than you, maturity wise he's 7-9 years younger.

Thats not even a big age difference. At that point its up to you. I am 28, and my girlfriend just turned 24. We have been friends for 12 years. If he makes you happy then do it. Age is not an issue with you two.

Depends on the state you live in. In most states it is illegal and you could face up to 25 years in prison for dating a younger man. But even if it is illegal there, you can do whatever you want.

Just my opinion,but I dont think there would be anything wrong with that age gap. Is he a "mature" 26 ? You just have to realize it is pretty much a given...Mean mature later than woman !!!!! I dont mean that in a bad way, it just seems thats how it is !!!

Why not, there are bigger age gaps out there then that and they are more then happy, as long as he is as mature as you if that is what you are looking for and he makes you feel good. If you don't feel good about it then don't do it but don't let others persuade you into what you feel is right. What is right for you might not be right for others, but then that is their problem
