See...I just got on the pill, and today will be my second day of the dark blue pills (but I haven't taken it yet cuz its not 3:30 the time I usually take it). My friend... Has been in a long term relationship, they are both in their late 20's, and now she is pressuring him to get married! She constantly tells him when they're going to get married and gets mad when he tells her, that the moment is not right. He is not financially able to support a family right now (he works at a grocery store, but its not enough) So far, he has applied for the Border Patrol and the Police Department, (waiting to be accepted into academy) but his girlfriend keeps on insisting. One last detail, he is a citizen and she is an illegal.. They both have a long time togheter in this relationship, everything was going fine until she started pressuring and asking him when they're going to get married..
What should he do? or tell her?

My fiance and I are getting married in April of '08. We just finished with our lists. We both agreed that we wanted a small wedding since we have large families and are on a tight budget. Here is the problem. My mom and grandmother put a list together for me (which made me mad to start with) and my list is now huge compared to his. My fiance made a ton of sacrifices for his list and all I am hearing is "you HAVE to invite this person."

We cannot afford it and regardless of what my family says there financial help will be small. Is it rude to not want to invite my grandmother's relatives that I have not seen in 20 years?

In a span of two years I went through a horrible divorce, lost 100 pounds, met a wonderful man, had a baby boy, and lost 35 more pounds. These are all great things except now because of the weight loss I am stuck with areas that are flabby due to excess skin. Financially plastic surgery is out of the question. My self esteem has not always been top notch and now its even worse. I struggle with low confidence almost on a daily basis and it interferes with my personal life as well because my sexual confidence is really lacking. I do toning excercises but have little results, please help!

My husband of 4 months is beginning to show his true self. He wouldn't go to a funeral that he wanted to go to, "because he wasn't invited". He won't watch TV in the living room, even when he and I are alone, "because my teenage daughters don't make him feel welcome there."(They love him to death, when he's not dragging everyone down with his TOO serious attitute). I misunderstood that he wanted me to pass him the butter at a Sunday gathering and he remained mad at me all through lunch and didn't even help himself to it when he passed it to someone else, and wouldn't eat his hot rolls "because they didn't have butter, because I must not have wanted him to have any". How do I handle this? If I tell him he's acting immature, he'll have his feelings hurt and deside that "I must not love him anymore and he needs to leave". This man is 45 years old.

ok, so about 3 months ago My husband and I had a bad falling out with this brother and sister in law. They called me and called me a bitc* said I beat my kids, told me I cant have anything to do with their kids, told me I am a mean person. They basically cut me down on every level. I have never been hurt so much in my life. We decided to leave the family for good because of this. Well since then I felt that God told me to work this out. So I called them to set up a meeting to sit down and talk. Only now I dont feel that I want to talk to them. I have never done anything to them to deserve the way they talked to me. I don t know if I can get past the hurt but dont want to divide the family like this? I dont know what to do. Any advice?

This is basically my question, I met someone about a week ago. And for starters, I really wasn't into him. But after talking for a week, our personalities clicked and I became interested. We seemed to both be interested in the same things, and he told me that he was suprised that he met someone like me because he was extremely picky, so he said he was excited. Anyways we hung out over the weekend and everything went perfect. We had great conversation, similar interests and had a lot to talk about. We even talked about making future plans. Overall the night went better than expected, and there were no signs of any interest lost. Now its the 4th day and hes not calling? I'm just wondering what I should think? Its been a long time since I have been in the dating field because I was in long relationships and maybe I just don't know how to handle it, and I definitely dont wanna scare him off, so im trying to be as "go with the flow" as I can.
