It is NOT OK! You should tell her that this bothers you and to stop. If she is a friend, then she wouldn't be doing this.
I'd reconsider the whole "friend" thing. That is definitely NOT COOL!

4 words: NOT A TRUE FRIEND
A true friend would never "flirt" with your boyfriend. However, talk to her about it. Maybe it is just innocent and she just wants to be his friend. Or maybe she really is a backstabbing tramp. Read out the situation and DO NOT ACT on your emotions. Use your brain, and if your boyfriend knows whats good for him, when you ask him about why she is calling him so much, he should be honest. If you think something is wrong, there probobly is and you should investigate and get to the bottom of it all. In the end, if something is going on between them, you need to tell them BOTH buhbye, cause a true friend wouldn't betray a freind and the man that truly loves you would never cheat on you.TRUST ME ON THIS, I know. I had to do the same thing.

Ok if he is your boyfriend he needs to tell her to stop calling him. Unless of course they are talking about you. At anyrate 4 times a day that sounds a little odd to me. Does he know how you feel? If he doesnt make him aware of it and tell him it has to stop. If it doesnt then you might want to find another boyfriend.

If she is your best frien then have a heart to heart talk with her and tell her how uncomfortable you feel about this. She will understand you and stop it if she is indeed your best friend. Bf's and false friendships will come and go...but true friendship and unconditional positive regard for another will last forever.

why not get the boyfriend & your best friend together & ask them " What's going on between you two ? ! " It may
just be that she likes a friend of his & is calling him to find out more about his friend OR maybe they are planning a surprize party for you, Is it your b-day soon ?
Find out the details from them before you accuse them of anything !

It is never ok for your friends to flirt with your man. Tell them both what you think. If they do not like it, find other friends and a new man. You deserve to be treated with respect by both of them.
