My mother died 3 years ago from lung cancer. She had been an alcoholic for 20 years, and I feel safe in saying I was very codependent. I cry every day, remembering her death. I feel like I have post traumatic stress disorder. I can't get her death out of my mind. I feel very guilty that I had criticized her terribly for her drinking, and I never knew she had cancer until 2 weeks before she died. We were very close. Any words of wisdom/consolation? Al Anon/adult children of alc. never makes me feel any better.

i have a best friend at my old school and we have not talked in awhile because of the long distance and not too long ago i was watching t.v. and it was talking about someone who died. the camera was on the grave stone and it zoomed in on the persons middle name and it just happend to be my best friends name and after that the t.v. guy said something, something BEST FRIENDS sorry if i am being parinoid but she got in a wreck a long time ago it was just a minor wreck but i constantly worry about her i am soo afraid that one day someone is going to call me and tell me she is dead and that whole t.v .show didn't help what can i do to quit worrying ?? anybody please .

Help me please! I have two children, ages 2 and 5 that love to watch PBS Sprouts, especially the Good Night Show. My problem is this show has a new host that sucks! The kids hate him! My sister died 2 years ago in an accident.she has two kids.After her death my brother inlaw had huge lose in his business and he was bankrupt.Due to all this he is mentally disturbed.he doesn't do any work and he cannot take care of his kids.His family also dont bother about them.now my father take care of them.I want to help them but i live abroad with my husband. when i talk about the kids with my husband he gets angry saying that my first priority is my house .i am spoiling my relation with him by talking too much about my sisters problem. but i am really worried about their future. LAST YEAR MY BROTHER WAS KILLED IN A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT WHILE ON VACATION IN FLORIDA. I WAS LIVING WITH HIM AND HIS GIRLFRIEND AND MY NEPHEW BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL REASONS. I HELPED THEM OUT ONCE UPON A TIME. WHILE STAYING WITH THEM I PAID MY WAY I SLEEP ON THE FLOOR AND I PAY HALF THE RENT AND BILLS. BABYSIT ALL THE TIME. SINCE MY BROTHERS DEATH I STAYED THINKING I WOULD BE HELPING HIS GIRLFRIEND WITH MY NEPHEW AND FINANCIALLY I COULD NOT GET A PLACE. WELL HIS GIRLFRIEND IS VERY ANGRY ALL THE TIME LIKE I AM IN HER WAY. I HAVE BENT OVER BACKWARDS FOR HER AND MY NEPHEW BECAUSE SHE HAS NO FAMILY IN ST LOUIS. WE HAVE GOTTEN INTO FIGHTS BECAUSE SHE WANTS SOMEONE TO FEAR HER. RECENTLY I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE INTO A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT THAT IS HALF OF WHAT I AM PAYING. MY CREDIT WAS NOT THE BEST BUT THIS LADY IS GIVING MY A CHANCE. SO I TOOK THE PLACE MY THING IS I DON'T WANT TO JUST LEAVE HER HI AND DRY. My husband and I moved from Tennesse to North Carolina to get away from his family because he was tired of them now he is detemined to move back up there and my family is here. I told him I will not move because it was his decision to move down here. What should I do? Should I stay here and let him move back? Or move with him. We also have a 13 month old daughter and I want her to have a dad around. I am so confused. Please help.

recently, we have been arguing and threatening me of divorce, he planned to say...visit his sister in denmarkand he is not taking me and he was looking for a flight, he found one which is 3hours lay over in New york (his ex lives in Canada which he's been talking, chatting with over the internet, by the way he lied to me about her and told me that she only a friend...) he told me also that he will be needing a US passport, he already have a british passport but he's living here now in US. Do you really need to get a US passport to go back to Denmark or this is only his alibi to visit his ex in Canada? His ex still wants him, i know that because I caught them chatting and she offer him about their bet which is a lap dance and my husband responded that he'll just have to save it for a business trip....what am i supposed to do?
