I think it means to behave as if it's already so until it becomes so. It's related to creative visualisation, thinking positive, and understanding that you create your own reality. If you want to be successful, keep telling yourself, believing in yourself, seeing in your mind, and behaving as much as possible in your physical reality that your life is the way you want it... and then you will make it your physical reality.

it means let people believe ur successful even if ur not because eventually u will be. for ex. those new artist on mtv cribs a lot of them cant afford those houses but they have 2 keep up the hype for there fans until they can buy there own 4 real.

it means, act the part before you get it...act like a professional athlete before you actually get to the pros, train for it, believe it...
