look him/her in the eye and compliment him/her such as "you really look great tonight" OR hold him in the chin and say "you're really cute when you do that". then try to hug him/her to rekindle the ruined moment and hopefully it'll progresses to a kiss AGAIN.

the best thing to say ..is absolutly nothing ,, a kiss should be spontanious and spur of the moment . thats what makes it special .. if someone talks .. it sucks.
