either yes, he does. OR, he knows you have feelings for him and he's trying to make you admit it.
Do nothing, say nothing and if you really want to get him flirt with another guy while he's near you. If jealousy doesn't wake a man up, nothing will. :)

if he is bugging you, it generally does mean that he does like you. thus far in life he does not know how to express his likeing or his love for you in any other way besides a childish manner... just comfornt him, at first he might be like hell no, but later on in the day he will come to realize that he does have feelings for you, he just cannot realize it
