why do some women fall in love with men who are incarcerated for years and then get pissed off when he comes home and decides that he doesn't want to be with them anymore for whatever reason. Is it because they feel they have wasted too many years of their life for someone, who they find out later really didn't love them.

I went out with a guy three times. All three times were great dates, lasted more than 2-3 hours, good conversation, etc. He always called when he said he would.

But after our third date, he said that he would call me or I could call him. I sent him an email on Thursday (a week ago today), and have yet to hear from him. The email said hi, thanks for dinner, how's your week been, talk to you soon.

I didn't sleep with him, didn't even kiss him actually. And he told me after the second date that he wanted to take things slow and see where it goes.

So what happened? I'm trying not to blame myself but I'm wondering if there was something that I could have done differently. Any thoughts?

And no, I haven't contacted him since that email, and I'm not planning to as I believe the ball is in his court.

we (both are 28)have been dating each other for 2 years now. He is a good man, intelligent man. I am sure he is looks oriented,he wants me to be perfect.I am doing my best to come upto his expectation.Its a long distance.I travel to meet him all the time as I miss him and love him.He does not really like if i meet other guy. But he never say he will marry me or anything. He gets angry very easily and feels that I am not good. But later he himself will cool down and talk to me. But when he will be angry, it's a painful time for me. He says many things which I am not.He always feels that I had many bf earlier and I had sex with all of them. I have never done such things in my life.I have told him about it all the time. I am not sure if he trust that. I can do anything to prove that, have no idea if I can do that.For every hot conversation he says I always do mistakes, and he cant tolerate me. I just got out of an intense two-year relationship. I go to college and he went to my college until he transferred. This was my 1st hardcore relationship let alone my first gay relationship. I feel like I'm going through the motions. I get lonely very easily and I tend to stay in my room instead of going out and meeting people. I'm kinda hurt mostly and friends that would have listened to me have transferred as well, so I'm kinda alone. The worst thing about it is that I use to be a lively person and now I'm just...blah. With four children at home. This is affecting my childrens organizational skills in school, at home etc. We can fix the home, then in a short period of time, it can go back to the way it was toys everywhere, books, clothes. It is hard to keep up! What can my wife and I do to correct this behavior so my children can get organized themselves without hiring a maid. I am 35, mother of two teen sons, dating a man for the last 5 months....he is 50 who was in a 12 year relationship (broke up 6 years ago) never married and no children....my sons like him...I like him...and he 'seems' to like me and my sons...he calls me almost daily...we cut out time for each other almost every weekend and in the mid week too...including my sons(but not every weekend)....but he never tells me he likes or loves or cares or what about me....is he just one who shows affection and believes we 'know' how he feels...or what?...how can I ask him how he feels about me without sounding like a typical nagging female?

Ok, me and my mom used to get along fine. Now we don't. Everytime we talk, we end up arguing. She swears up and down that I say something smart when I don't! Sometimes I do catch myself but she gets angry for no reason! I do yell back because she pushes me to the point. My mom has even gotton alittle bit violent (ex. pushing things off desk, grabbing me by my shirt collar) This has gone to the point where she has called the police on me and made me talk to a detective! She keeps saying 'I'm going to get rid of you, I'm giving up my right's for you.' I want this to stop and be friends with her again. While were on my mom, she obese, and smokes tobbaco. Would that having to do with anything? Also, she had a brain tumor, I think she still has it. Also. I'm still a teenager, so go eas somewhat.

I'm a Sr. and I'm 17 yrs old I've been in JROTC for all my three yrs in high school. I have the opportunity to go to college and not have to pay for anything. The catch is i would have to join the army I would not be at the front line i would be working as a nurse or a doctor and i only have to serve two to four years. My parents don't think it's a good idea but they are already paying for my other two sisters for college. I plan to become a doctor which is a lot of college and a lot of money. should i join the military even if my parents don't want me to or should i listen and not joinl?

I've been with a guy for 9 years. but two years in to our marriage, broke my heart. I've stayed with him, as I don't want to be alone. Since then, I've met an old friend of mine that I used to have a crush on, and have once again, fallen in love.
