i have 2 childs.i wanna get divorce from my wife she has no home no car . no money .she is not working. but i have house in usa.and money also 3year old son ,2year old daughter.will court give me the children or not?

definitely because u can only take care of your children. since your wife is not having money court will never give children to her.

This depends on where you are from. Are the children citizens of the US? Has the mother of these children always been the primary caregiver? Has the mother always stayed at home rather than worked? If so, then during the divorce, she has a right to half of everything..meaning your home and your car. She can also petition the courts for Maintenance, which means you will have to pay her to continue the lifestyle she was use to of taking care of the children. And courts don't just "give" children to their parents. An investigation is done. This means, the children receive their own attorney and a social worker is appointed to the case to investigate the lifestyle and priorities of each parent. Then they get together and recommend who would be the better parent for the children. This has nothing to do with money honey.

Are you sure you wanna leave her? think thoroughly. sometimes, kids get messed up when parents break up. The court could give you the custody of the children but it's also possible that she will get the children and you will have to pay maintenance to all three. if you are serious, consult a lawyer and before tht, a marriage counsellor. get proper advice, you wont really find an answer here unless some legal expert decides to entertain you for free, which i doubt...

No you will get screwed....you have no hope in getting the children. SHe will just get more money from you to live. YOu will be poor and she will do well. If you can patch up the relationship and hope for the best.

Start thinking about your family! All money & luxary will not follow you to heaven but the blessings of your dependents surly. keep yourself in place of your son & assume your childhood in such a case!Dont want them smiling!
