Why did he disappear?

Question

I went out with a guy three times. All three times were great dates, lasted more than 2-3 hours, good conversation, etc. He always called when he said he would.

But after our third date, he said that he would call me or I could call him. I sent him an email on Thursday (a week ago today), and have yet to hear from him. The email said hi, thanks for dinner, how's your week been, talk to you soon.

I didn't sleep with him, didn't even kiss him actually. And he told me after the second date that he wanted to take things slow and see where it goes.

So what happened? I'm trying not to blame myself but I'm wondering if there was something that I could have done differently. Any thoughts?

And no, I haven't contacted him since that email, and I'm not planning to as I believe the ball is in his court.

Guys are weird. I've had the same thing happen to me before. Things seem to go really great, then they disappear. I'm with you though, the ball is in his court. If he doesn't call you, then move on. He's not worth your time.

It was only three dates. Don't trip, there could be alot of reasons why he hasn't called. Maybe he's busy. whatever it is he's doing shouldn't be of any concern to u. Worry about yourself , and figure a way to get rid of this neediness u have. Maybe when u least expect it he'll show up and want something from you

There are too many possibilities for me to even consider writing them down here, but I'd say you're doing the right thing. If he ever does contact you, at this point I wouldn't give him the time of day.

You did everything you could.. yes, the ball is in his court, but don't wait around for that one.....sounds like he's still searching for someone else.
