(I'm assuming your last names don't sound alike or look alike and would be reasonably confused for one or another.)
Maybe they really like you and are treating you like one of the family.
Nevertheless, you can handle this situation gracefully. When they do it again, reach out to shake the hand of the person and tell them your full name and say something like, "They like me so much they keep trying to adopt me, but they don't have enough cows yet to give to my parents."
Have fun with it. If they're trying to make you feel uncomfortable with it, turn it on them or do as others have suggested and just ask them what they are trying to accomplish by doing what they are doing.

I think they are picking on you because you spend so much time with their son, you are like his wife.. It probably means that they like you and are comfortable having you in their family. If it bothers you, ask your boyfriend to tell them to cut it out.

They must really like you and I bet they're just trying to be nice and maybe even thinkg they are amusing. Dont blame you...but dont let it bother you. Mention it once to your boyfriend and let it go. Be more mature than they are.
