There's this girl at my school that I know and I;m pretty damn sure she likes me. She stares at me during class A LOT and she'll come up to me after lunch to ask what the homework was for the bell before it(even though she knows what it is). So I know she likes me, but the other day on the bus I asked her if she liked me. Before when I was getting ready to ask it it's like she knew what I was going to ask and kept saying "Hey I forgot something I have to tell you umm... umm.." and she was trying to avoid me asking it. Then I asked it and she said "Kinda sorta maybe" Then I got off the bus and said "Well I like you". Ever since then she hasnt been talking to me that much. And when we do tlak its as if she doesn't even remember what I said that day! But she still stares at me in class. I need help plz. BTW I know her and she is my friend

My boyfriend likes to watch porn and last year I caught him with about 40 movies and he said he was sorry and would never do it again so he threw them all out. So a year goes by and I asked him last night if he had bought any movies or magazines since the last incident he said no to me. So today I am in his batroom cleaning I find 6 books that are pornos. I was really hurt because of the fact that he lied to my face, so I confronted him and he said whas the big deal about porn and I said u lied to me. So then I ask if there is anything else I should know about he says yeah I have movies to.. So He wouldnt tell me where they were I found them he has 15 discs hidden inbetween his wrestling DVDS. I was really hurt and upset I don't know what to do. I dont like it very much and he is telling me I can't change who he is etc. Please help!

My dad died and after that my mom just started to do drugs and started to sleep around with countless men.........I confronted my about this on the way back from my grandma's house. Her (drug dealing) was in the car and to make herself not look stupid all she did was attempt to hit me, instead of trying to resolve the whole thing.......After the argument she ended up saying I'm fed up with you and she abandoned me at an AmPm. I called the cops and the ytold he rto pic kme up and she said "NO! not until he changes his attitude and gives me more respect!" The officers told her that she would be charged with abandonment and she sai " So be it......"
I have so much anger channeled torward her to where I can actually say "I hate my mom!" Is that wrong?

who I’ve known since the summer from a tennis camp. we didn’t talk at the first camp but then at the second one we did. we even kinda hung out at the pool once or twice. then when the campers went to a tennis tournament, we hung out that whole time, even though one of the girls was kinda flirting with him. I tried to just back away and let them be. but I felt as if I was competing for this boy. and now, he is at my school. okay, he IS a year younger than me, but whatever. the first day, all my friends were mesmerized. they all thought he was SO hot. it kinda bothered me though, because none of them even knew him, except two girls. one was egging everyone on and introducing them. the other girl was his neighbor, and thought this was all weird. I said hey, hows it been, you know. he was still nice. its been about five or six weeks of school now, and we rarely talk. he very briefly dated my best best friend, but then that fell apart after like three days.

I'm a stay at home wife and mother, but not by chose. I want to go back to work, but my loving hubby wants me to stay at home with the kids (ages 13,10,2 years and a 5 month old). I think that we would be better off if I went back, he thinks it's better for the kids if i stay home at least until the baby gose to school in three years. I truly would love to hear from all mother.

Trouble is we live in a reasonable house and I will have to split it and downsize to something awful. Married for 30 years and after working my socks off will end up with very little. Also I really love my home and will be heartbroken to leave it.

I am in my late 30's. I was married once but have been divorced for about 7 years now. I've been relationshipless for over a year now. Guys hit on me a lot at work but they only want sex, they are married and I always say no. At first the attention was flattering but it has gotten old and to the point that I don't believe anyone could want me for anything else. I dress nice but not slutty. I'd say I'm a little on the shy side so I'm not used to going up to men and telling them that I think they are cute or anything. I have lots of activities outside work such as school and dance class. Everyone I meet seems to be married wether I meet them at work or somewhere else. I don't want to get involved with a married man but sometimes I think that is all that is left. How can I meet a guy that is not just after a "piece"?

I work as a nurse in the emercency room. I called off work sick today because I woke up with a migraine headache, so bad that I was throwing up, and had to lay in bed in the dark for over 3 hours until my medications kicked in. My girlfriend called during her lunch break, and told me that I really let them down, because they were swamped. And a headache is not a reason to call in sick. This is only the second time in 5 years that I have called in sick. Now I feel really quilty. I know what it is like when we have to work short handed. But I also feel like I shouldn't have to feel quilty. I was really sick. I want to let her know how she made me feel. But part of me just wants to let it go. How would you feel. And what would you do if anything?

today is me and my bf's one year anniversary.. in the beginning when we were together.. we would get eachtoher presents and surprise eachtoer for every anni but for the last.. 6 months ish.. we just hang out ..not really celebrate it anymore.. but at times i make him somethign very special.. and i made him this whole collage. of us today.. well.. he didnt have anything planned.. and today just seems like a nromal day.. I just want to know. I hang out with both guys and girls. I've been hit on a few times. (even by my co-workers) I've handle most times really nicely but firm. I tell them no and that I'm taken. Some people think I'm selfish because I go out. He doesnt want to go and he tells me he is fine when I go out. He isnt into the whole bar scene and I dont want to force. I dont go out to sleep with anyone, and I dont go out to get "trashed" I go and have a few drinks with friends (usually co-workers)

Am I selfish for wanting to go out? Even if he is ok with it??

This is a serious question. The reason for this is I'm 22 years old and married. I love the thought the 1950's and the woman's place in it. I believe that a woman's place is to "serve" her husband. I also believe that a lot of these "woman's rights" issued that have been dealt with have lead to the destruction of our kids. Women need to be at home that is their job. Why is this not acceptable anymore? I know a lot of women are going to read this and be furious with me. Please don't be. I just want to see if there are people out there that still believe in old tradition. I would love to hear men's point of view on all of this. Thank you and please don't be rude. :o)
