Can a married japanese man still sponsor his taiwanese lover to come here in japan?will the embassy would allow such?even if the japanese is married already?

Are you mad the man is married and do his lover know that he is married but they will agree if he married his lover and plus it will be better for that women who he is married too because who want a man who sleep behind her back with a next women my dad did that and my mom and i hate him so much when i see him on the road i don't even talk to him
