I'm puzzled at this. 18 year olds can't drinK?! We can join the army and die for you b*tches that say we are too much of kids to drink and we can vote. WTF.

Actuially the drinking age is 21 not because of maturity (or lack there of) the real reson is because the "average" persons liver is not fully developed until about 21. Alcahol filters into your blood stream and thats why you get drunk, your liver filters impurities out of your blood. If it isn't fully developed then it can be seriously damaged. Don't get me wrong a fully developed liver is not impervious, heavy drinking will damage even the most mature liver. So theres your answer.

You answered your own question with that stupid response about getting drunk and assulting an officer with a vodka bottle. You see 18 year olds are like 12 year olds when they are intoxicated. And the more they drink the stupider they become. And since there are more important crimes going on such as rape and murder the law makers decided to slow down some of the stupid crimes by raising the age limit on alcohol comsumption.

Because the brain is not fully mature until the mid 20's. And, yes, they want you at 18 because you have less than perfect judgement and are likely to go off to war without thinking how painful it can be.

That is one thing i never understood about the drinking age in the US. If you can fight and die for your country why can't you drink. I liek the age limit here well most times

Because this country is full of idiots. In Germany it's 16! Plus, we have the highest DUI rate in the world! That makes to sense to me to.
