My grandfather only has 1 child and that's my father. I was thinkin that If I ever get married I could let my father and my grandfather walk me down the isle because my grandfather didn't have any daughter to do that with.. And when My mother passed away when I was 4 my grandfather was there for me through out my whole life. He basicly raised me when I was younger. I just think it would be nice and like a thank you for being there all these years.. What do you think

I was out at a crowded bar this weekend and I noticed a girl who had a great smile and was exactly my type.

I made a couple of jokes about the beer she had bought her girlfriend (it was a heavy beer - I referred to it as driveway sealer) and complimented her on her shoes. She smiled a lot and laughed at my jokes.

A few minutes later I walked over to her and told her that I shought she was so cute and that I'd love to take her out on a date some time and then I asked her for her number. She didn't have a pen so I offered her my business card which she took and told me that she would call.

I went back over to my friend's table and hung out for a while - when we decided to leave I walked back over and asked her if she'd promise to call me - she gave me a great big smile and said "I will".

It's been almost 2 days and she has not called. Do you think that she will and if so, when?

He said nothing. I told him yes it is I know when somethings wrong with. So he said I don't want to cause it will hurt you and it will hurt me........he was like its already hurting me. So i was like just tell me since we talking to each other. He said I found out that I got................And he paused............I said you found out you got what..He said I found out I got a baby on the way............I was so sad I still am. Sometimes I still think about it and cry. And im still with him. Should I break up with him?

I was a little worried the gf might be losing interest (dating for @ 4-5 mos), but she has been working like a mad woman lately (2 jobs, probably 60+ hrs/wk, which concerns me a little, too) She is very proud of being very independent so I keep telling myself to just relax and let her come to me. We hit it off great, seriously unbelievably, but neither of us have much exp in the dating dept, and I know the romance has to start to simmer a little at some point. Does this sound reasonable? Any advice on trying to get her back into it or is it something I am f ing up? We had a talk the other night and she really revealed some stuff. If I plainly ask if her feelings have changed, that pretty much seals the deal regardless, doesn't it?

Okay, here goes... Obviously, I'm fourteen, and I like this guy. I've known him for three years, but we've only started hanging out this summer... That was when I started liking him as more than a friend. And I know he was interested for at least a little bit, because he was asking my friends about me and flirting all the time, and we wen't to the movies with a few of our friends and he let me lean into him and everything. He even called me after. But now, he told my friend he likes someone else, and he sits with her on the bus and all. But I swear he kindof likes me, because he's always really close to me, even if we're working together in school he's like 2 inches away from me! And he always tries to make me laugh, above any of the other girls... but like I said, I haven't seen him when he's with this other girl, and I'm not sure what to think... I mean, if he didn't like her, why would he sit with her and everything?? I'm just confused. Any help? Thanks so much!!

Sometimes when I talk to girls I feel like there analyzing me. Like they'll look at my hair or at my lips if I have lipstick on. But then they won't say I look nice. Sometimes I feel as if they have a laughing look on their face. Do they think I'm ugly. And in their mind there making fun of me? Girls do you this when you think someone's hair looks funny or there unattractive? I mean I try to dress nice and not heavy maybe could just lose 10 pounds. I'm always well groomed. I just feel like there's something wrong with me when they look at me like this.

I like this guy. Kinda. He's a freshman and I'm a sophomore...I don't really care because the main difference is the grade level since I'm younger than most sophomores. So right now the age isn't really a problem for me.
I'm not a shy girl, but I'm not exactly what you can call "outgoing", either. I have talked to him like twice. But I don't know how to become friends.I want to make it obvious that I like him. But I don't want to seem like...easy...or something lol

Well about a year ago i met a guy at work and we'd kiss and everything but nothing else because Im waiting until marriage.The problem was that this guy said i could NOT be his girlfriend unless I did it but ofcourse I never did. The sad thing is, is that I fell in love with him and he tells me that he likes me and that im beautiful and gorgeous. Well on his myspace (yeah its sad i know! lol) he wrote about some girl saying that shes the only girl that ould get anything out of him. I thought he was talking about me but wasnt sure so i asked. He said he was talking about his ex and that shes the only girl he can "love." Well I sent him a text message telling him that the same way he felt about his ex is the way i feel about him. Well he said he didnt know that. Well I took him off my myspace, deleted his number from my phone and ignored him when i saw him at his job. Am i overreacting? Or should I continue to be friends with him? What should i do?
