Does anybody know in texas child support how much for a 3rd child percentage? He have a 17 yr old he is paying for and a 14 yr old. Also does my percentage goes up when he's done paying for child support for his 17 yr old daughter how do i go by doing this help pls thanks.

Aww the other two children are not my children they are from his ex wife i have a 2 yr old daughter from him sorry to mention that. i just filed today on him

The child support will go down when the 17 yr-old drops off at her 18th b-day... For information, contact your local Attorney General's office...

Call Child Welfare Bureau; they are there to help YOU, too. They are not out to fleece you but to ensure that children receive help in order that they go to school and have a fair chance in life. Ask them and they will assist you free of charge! They get paid as Civil Servants not to pass judgment on anyone.

What you pay for two children may have no bearing on another child that also has need of financial support.

Really. Hey, haven't you already learned that it's easier and far cheaper to use a condom by now?

Its really up to the courts, sometimes money isn't everything. Its all based on cost of living , earning and time spent with the child its how they round about figures.. I hope he is spending time with the child its priceless time rather than being a check.

THE BEST THING CALL THE D.A. OFFICE \ SEE HOW MUCH money HE MAKE AND CHECK ON HIS ASSIST.S SEE IF HE OWN STOCK.S MONEY MARK HOUSE ANY WAY A GOOD DAM ATTORNEY WHO KNOW THE LAW WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY ps why you get pregnant the first place knowing that he pay child support???????
