You don't have to be a history major or work at Progressive to realize the world is getting better.

Some folks say, "Back in the old days, people were more committed." Not true. Fine, they stayed in the marriage, but that doesn't mean they were happy. The only thing changed is that upon 2000, people started marriaging for the soulmate and happiness. Is that a bad thing?

"The moral values have declined." What moral values? From the dawn of time people had sex before marriage. And I'm not talking the 1600s. Look at the 1960s. Were they all virgins before marriage? The only thing that changed upon 2000 is that women could be more openly promiscious and confident in their short skirts and tops. Is confidence a bad thing?

What history books have you studied that proves that morals have declined? And if so, why have they? Maybe if people from the "olden days" would set a better example... but, old jealous folks are just a bunch of hypocrites.

We have 3 kids and I'm in my early 30's. I feel to young to spend the rest of my life unhappy. I'm scared to make such a change but can't live like this much longer. I worry about the effect on my kids, too. My husband currently sleeps elsewhere and there's no sex but I'm still laundry service and cook. Stupid, or what. Thanks for all answers.

am 22 and have had 2 gfs only (with whom i shared physical love) and the issue is that i was done very soon - though i made sure that they were satisfied in the end but i have this inferiorty feeling about my potential.
i do understand that its like - the more you indulge in it - the better you get. now, otherwise(by myself) it takes me well over an hour. is there any way i better my performance next time cause i guess guys of my age usually have had it so many times that they have become playa'.
or what do girls think when their mate tells them that he is not experienced and he is done first?
its very embarassing for me but i would learn only with experience.

i've been havin a really hard time gettin along w/ my mom lately. ever since my brother moved away it seems that everythin i do is wrong. i'm always getting in trouble, i'm always getting yelled at, etc. i don't even know what i'm doing!!! she says its cause i have an attitude. i know that i do sometimes but only when she starts up with me for no reason. i wanna get along with everyone in my family but its really hard because once i get into a fight with my mom, it screws my good mood until she's happy with me again. it pisses me off because i wish everything would just be okay between us. i'm sure its hard for her that my brother isn't here but its hard for me too and i really miss him a lot. he moved to a totally different country! i dunno the next time i'm even gonna speak to him!! now that i'm also starting school soon, my mom is putting a lot of pressure on my to get my reading done and she hardly lets me go out. i wanna fix things but i dunno what to do. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

At school i am vey quiet and shy. And there are so many people using me and treating me like dirt. Especially a gang of boys at my school. whenever they see me, they make fun of me and tease me. they are always out there to get me and i feel like a jerk. also these popular girls are always making me feel bad and say mean stuff about me and go to my website and write mean stuff. everyone hates me and doesnt play with me or talk to me nicely. Here is the deal. I have always been the perfect gentlemen to her. I was there when she needed a shoulder to cry on, but I think that she thinks that I am overwieght and that is why she does not like me, but really I am not huge or anything a few extra poends that I am working on losing. Here is the problem though. I have started taking diet pills and run like 4 miles a day and have not eaten in two days I think and I hate myself and she continues to walk all over me. I am a 34 divorce male who has two kids aged 10 and 6. I work for a vending company and have meet this beautiful girl at one of my stops. I am not a person who meets a lot of women. She is pretty shy and one of her coworkers came to me and said that (lets call her Jane) has the "hots" for me but she is shy and doesn't know what to say to me. So I went up to her introduced myself. We talked, I got her phone number and all was good. I called her a few times she called me a few times. blah blah blah. I didn't really think about how old she was because I was interested in her and she was interested in me. About a week ago she told me she is on my space and I told her so was I. I found her on there and that is when I found out how old she is. Man was I shocked. It didn't really change the way I felt about her, just that I was 14 years older than her. She knows how old I am. And evidently it doesn't bother her at all. Should I let it bother me? We are both happy.

I know a guy from my high school class who seems really nice. We have a lot of things in common: good grades, sports, no drugs, and generally good people. I would like to be friends with him, because i know that we would get along great!

Thing is, sex and dating is SO overrated that i just don't know if i can talk to him more without him getting ideas. I don't really like him as much more than a friend, even though he is cute. :P
