Ummm...If he doesn't care if you go out with other people he's most likely cheating on you unless you two have an open relationship but I think if you lust after another person or even wanna be with somebody else you don't really love that person so it sounds like you don't love him if you see other people!! get out of your relationship with him and date somebody you actually care about is my best possible answer for you!! good luck and Godbless your gonna need it to get through this one!!
