My husband moved out a few weeks ago, saying that even though he loves me he just can't live with me. I sobbed and sobbed, called my physician who called the pharmacist to get me on something for depression, and then I called a realtor to list the house. We've broken the news to our two children who know daddy has an apartment an hour away. Today, he stopped by to get some dress clothes for an interview and then crawled into bed next to me to cuddle, as I wouldn't allow him to do anything else. Tonight, he called the kids to make arrangements to take them to a ball game then he asked ME to go,too. After I gently reminded him that he was divorcing me, he hung up without saying "goodbye." He wants the divorce and this is the third time he's left in a year. Why is he sending such mixed messages? This whole process is painful enough without the mindgames. What do I do?
