My two cents with out the religious side effect. I say we have to draw the line somewhere. If Gay people marry ok, then what 20 30 years from now Cousins will get activists and movies stars supporting thier right to marry. What if people want to marry their pets, who are we to tell them no. Just like Gay people they aren't hurting anyone, and they couldn't help who they fell in love with. If it becomes legal why have Laws in place at all. Might as well make it a free for all. Cousins pets, Fathers daughters whatever they didn't choose to be that way...right? They deserve rights too.

My point isn't to demean, but it's just as simple as When I played sports in College if I didn't have the GPA I couldn't play. It's a rule, or if the bank Closes at 6 and I get there at 6:05 then yeah I have to wait becasue they are closed. Now I know that these topics aren't as deep as True love or what ever you call it but the principal is there. A rule was made and I had to abide by it peroid.

My bf and I r in a 5yr long distance relationship....we just got back from cali together...we took a 4 day vacation...but now i cant stop missing him.....i want to get engaged and married but my family doesn't talk abt this...he's gonna be done school in the spring....and its against my religion to date....but they know I talk to him and be with him eventually....what to do.....i dont want to keep calling him it will drive him crazy...

Well it all happened Sunday... my new guy and me were cuddled on my couch.... his physco ex shows up at my door with their 3 kids.. they arent together, he has custody. He wasn't to pick them until much later. She freaked and called me names etc. Well I turned to Jack after she left...... and told him I needed to think, he left with the kids.... I'm upset, I don't know how to handle this at all...... devastated......what should I do.... missing him to the moon, can call he phone isn't activated yet....?

It's this guy i've been seeing for about 8 months and i really like him and we're still tryin' to get in a relationship. But he went out of town about two weekends ago and when he came back he told me about how the girls came on to him and showed me pics and videos on his phone of a girl stripping for him. I think he told me this because he thought it would make me want him more.But that really turned me off.I haven't Talked to him much since then but i still like him. My ex cheated on me twice. The first time it was with someone who hated me and probably wanted to hurt me, but that didn't stop him. He then cheated again in less than a week. He confessed to it after a while because he said that he loves me. I personally think he was overcompensating for guilt. Why did he tell me when it would only hurt? I broke it off, I couldn't believe him, and what hurts more is that he just let me go after everything he said. We still talk every once in a while which just makes it harder for me.

Tell me I did the right thing...

Like i said 6years.Most times we fight,he doesn't understand me one bit he thinks am to white,he can get violent.Sex has become so crapy.It was like this from the begining, got a bit better i can say and now it's just something esle.When we have good times it's really cool but those times are so few.He is so impatient not just with me but everyone around me and to make it worse he sleepes around with different women.Look i know i can mess up sometimes too but am so scared of him now that i just try too bee prefect.Am just an expensive funiture, go out with, smile in public he treats me like a queen but when we get bck he jjust diffenet.It's been 6 long years and i alwaays felt he will change, bt it's just gotten worse and we live toghter so sometimes i just break down that i can't get myself to work and i don't want to got home after work.Should i leave i have made up my mind.The beating which he gives me sometimes scares me a lot too for just stupid reasons like i left him hungry

I had a Fourth of July party for my friends and neighbors. I went all out on all the food, drinks, liquor, fireworks, the whole thing. At some point in the evening we ran out of Ice my friend when down to the store and got more. Two days after the party she barged in my house and demanded I give her Ice back. I wanted to hit her. okay here's a story. I met this guy in college about 5 months ago. We had spoken a bit through our school website before, then he came to watch me perform at this Talent competition one night, when it came time for "audience responses" he stood up in front of everyone to say how beautiful he thought I was. It was so sweet, after that we hung out at his apartment w/ his roomates a bit, there was chemistry but he never asked me out on a "real date". And then he told me that he was gonna be transfering to another school in another state to finish up school. Towards the end of the school term he started acting funny like avoiding me or treating me like just "one of the guys" .....at times he'd say he cared but he never acted like it.....the problem was I caught feelings for him, which sucks because i can't seem to turn them off, for a moment I even started thinking that I loved this guy,we haven't spoken or seen each other for 2 months...said he's call, hasn't, how can i get over this guy

I know this guy through my ex(I caught my ex cheating on me, thats wht he is an ex)I ran into this other guy one night and we really hit it off, ended up sharing a bed that night(cuddling only)he comforted me for the fact of me having a rough year dealing with my ex's betrayal. I heard through his friend that he likes me but is freaked at the fact of knowing my ex. I ran into him again a couple months ago and he came to me and said"your killing me", my ex was therre also and was pissed at the fact that we like eachother(even though it should not matter)again him and I seemed to hit it off that night until my ex came and pulled me aside to talk to me and the other guy I really like left. I called him later that night and the conversation ended inhim saying" it was nice seeing you". A few weeks after I sent him a text message, and there was no reply. It has been about 2 months since I have spoken to him, could he still be thinking of me?

My girlfriend and I used to date and it was nothing but awesome. Her ex-boyfriend was controlling and abusive. Out of nowhere she starts acting distant and so I ask her whats up. She says she feels cynical towards relationships and doesn't really like them (which used to not be the case at all before the ex). She thought everything was ok but now she said she's confused about how she feels about dating. Note that this girl has low self-esteem.

Honestly, part of me really hopes that she just needs time but is that the case? I don't want to be some wussy dude just waiting around for her so what action should I take (aside from leaving her altogether...which is worst case scenario)?

since i turned them in for abuse, neglect and drugs, state took kids, then her father turned he in and state gave kids to him. Her father gave them back to her, state closed file and she left husband with another drug user. now kids are in same situation as 6 years ago. State won't listen. What do we do?
