Why would you want to experiment on drugs. Do you really hate yourself that much??

I dont really know what to say.
I started drugs the same way you are thinking about 13 years ago.
And as other answers recommend that you start with weed or whatever, this is exactly the way it went.
Usually the start is with weed, but this is for a very short time, afterwords you will be more courageous to try other things and you will be lead by the different kinds of drugs and this will take you till the end of the road which is either you will be dead or you will be in prison.
To answer your question, the harm that will affect your body will take years for you to recognise it. What is really harmful is the way you will think. You will feel that only addicted friends are the ones who understand you and your needs. In other words, you won't enjoy any company except your addicted "mates/partners" ( I won't call them friends now), and thats why people don't quit.
Theoritically addicts can quit drugs, but practically to quite drugs, you have to change the way you think, as normal people dont think the same way as addicts (addicts might know more if we talk about life because they "see" more). In other words, you will feel that your ideas and believes are not understood by normal people or you will have to spend alot of time explaining simply because they don't catch it. You will always want to be with your drug "partners". This is why quiting is hard.
Anyway, what I just wrote is what I was told long time ago and I didn't really pay attention to that.
Thats why I can't tell you whether you should go for it or not as it is an experiment, like any other, that has its advantages and disadvantages.
Of course I won't tell you the advantages although personaly I consider great too.
Anyway, please think about the price you will pay. I know that if you are a risk taker (not always a good thing), you will just proceed with your experiments.
You might be asking now whether I am still using drugs or not? Ok, I quite, but to do that I left the whole country that I was living in not only those that I considered friends.
Take care and good luck.

I dated a casual substance abuser for 3 years...
I'll give you the extremal short version...
Pot: Turned into an every day thing... Couldn't go anywhere without getting high, and it was really a burden on the relationship.
Shrooms: Made her panicky, freaked her out, and scared her so bad... she didn't do them anymore.
Cocaine: Turned into a problem... Sure you were energized for 6 or 7 hours, and you felt great... but she would be sick for at least a day + afterwords.
We broke up before she dove into speed balls, or anything more serious. (Hopefully she cleaned up, and focused her efforts elsewhere.)
All drugs are pretty hard on your body in one way or another... Some are much harder than others... I don't suggest it... I've seen some bad stuff. If you turn into one of the unlucky ones that can't manage the urges, or your body has a bad reaction... You're toast.
I wouldn't do it... the risks are too great.

Over the counter drugs, prescription drugs--all drugs do harm to our bodies. Why experiment with drugs? A lot of the street drugs are so addictive that you cannot control how you you use them....it is self destruction of body and mind.
If you really want to know the effects of drugs---go to a rehab center and ask if you can observe those who are trying to get off them. The whole idea is way out of the normal. It is the same with smoking and drinking--none of us will know if they can keep control until it is too late. Go to open AA meetings and listen to them......
I have to take prescription medication and one of them is known now to be cancer causing if taken over a long period of time--forcing me to make the decision of what the lesser evil is--to go blind or to get cancer. I will never understand anyone who volunteers to put himself into such a position....

I would not recomend any drugs. I hear meth is only good the first time and you spend the rest of your life chaseing that first high only to never get it again. Pot makes you lazy, Heorin makes you naude out. The point is all drugs suck.

They're illegal for a reason. Don't start taking drugs because most are HIGHLY addictive, and whether you want to stop or not, you can't.
Don't start down a road you can't see the ending to.

I would only recommend weed because most other drugs are really addictive and really harmful. Its from the earth, its not too expensive, and its not physically addictive.

My suggestion is that if you want to maintain a good, and somewhat normal life, you go no farther then marijuana. The others are very addictive, and can turn your life to hell in minutes. Meth is terrible. None of them will help you in any way, shape, or form!
