I've let down the two people in in my life that are supposed to love me the most my mother and my husband. In both cases because I couldn't cope with the way husband treated me so I left him. Without me supporting him, he has lost his flat, his job and has been in treatment for mental illness. Not that I was ever perfect in my mother's eyes, nevermind that I did everything else she wanted in terms of getting an education & a career; my failure is all she wants to talk about.

Now there is no one in the world who loves me and I am too scared to get close to anyone else because I'm sure I'll let them down too. I've moved a lot so I have no family or close friends nearby. I have a lovely boyfriend, but he is very popular and has loads of friends, but they are 'his' friends if you know what I mean.... he is very careful never to say 'I love you' either.

Everybody talks about love and friendship and family? How do people get these things? What horrible thing am I doing wrong? Advice?

My friend called me at three a.m. last night because she was frustrated. Apparently, she was at her boyfirends house last night, and things got a little frisky. Now they'd had this bet they sort of made that he could make her beg for it, and she said she definately wouldn't. So when he stradled her (fully clothed) and rocked into her, she was ready to roll. But he was the one to roll... over onto his back saying he had to be up by five for work. So now, she's thinking a little payback is in order. She doesn't really plan on withholding sex from him tonight. But she wants him to at least know what she was going through. He thought it was funny, she didn't. Now she was thinking light bondage. You know, silk scarves so he can't move. I don't know that thats a good idea. She's a little shy, but she's determined to make him write. Another of her little problems is that she's never been on top before, and she wants to try that out. Any ideas on what to do with a tied up man? or instead of.

It appears as though we live in a day/hr that:COMMITMENT/RELATIONSHIP is quite frankley becoming something viewed as drudgery or imprisonment??? And where did this idea that;(noting"not~all~but~some): Woman get the idea that it is perfectly ok for them to establish a relationship with one guy while having multiple affairs/relationships with other guys??? It has been my experience that it appears as though the QUOTE/UNQUOTE "PLAYER~VIEWED~AS~A~MAN",typically speaking, has by and in large taken a complete and direct opposite turn, and now it seems that "WOMAN" ARE EMBARKING/EMBRACING THIS FOOLISHNESS"???? I am not understanding this? It is/was bad enough that men/cowards would do such an act, but the woman to now what appears to be gaming/playing/players is really wierd???? It is like finding a real woman is by and in large becoming something in which is quite hard to find????

Me and my partner has had sex at least 5 times a week for about 2 years and suddenly he doesn't want any now. We have not had sex for about 2 months now and I don't want to cheat, but I get the feeling he is. I don't have any proof, but shouldn't that be proof enough? Is it possible to jump from nimpho to nun?

I truly love this man but this thing about him supporting his ex. (who he caught in the bed with his best friend ) and jumping every time she or their son wants anything is killing me.. please help. does he love me or not

We've been together for over three years, we have been fighting and were breaking up, and i'm freaked out 'cause he detailed everything he does to fight with me and get his way with things, and the way he makes me feel by this and how he knows i will respond and what i say, and how he can do with me whatever he wants... but he acussed me of doing it to him! and when i told him that is sooo what HE does to ME, not the other way around, he said i was trying to confuse him, and trying to make him believe that everything's his fault....that i'm sooo an evil mastermind! when it's him who's trying to turn things around! i love him and i'm shocked that he would play head games...what for? what's your opinion on this? ever manipulated anyone and for what purpose? is it possible that we could both feel the same way, i mean that i think he takes advantage 'cause he knows i love him and so does he? he's driving me nuts!

I've been dating this girl for awhile now, and we are genuinely in love...I was wondering what everybody else thought about this before I asked other people around me... How long should someone wait to pop the question? I'm thinking a year or two at best, but I have a friend who was married after knowing his fiance for 3 months, and now they have 2 kids...but not exactly the best marriage, either.

They took vows in a church before a supposed supernatural deity. They made a promise to the world, in front of everybody, and before the supernatural deity.
Most importantly, they made a promise to each other.
A marriage bond is supposed be unbreakable and indestructible. A marriage bond is supposed to weather through any storm.
Marriage is not supposed to be forever. Marriage is forever!

Hi everyone. I am writing a journal for my 2 year old daughter. This journal will be for her to read as she grows up. It will have all the information about how I feel about issues such as drugs, abuse, respect, teen pregnancy, etc. if I ever, God forbid, die young. This way, she will always know where I stand on issues like these. I have gotten off to a great start and wanted to contact you all if you should want to give some great advice to someone from your life experience. If the advice is good I will put it in her journal letting her know it's from people like you who care.

Thank you.
