Yesterday i caught myself daydreaming about my boyfriend proposing to me. Mind you we just kinda started dating but he makes me happy and spoils the hell outta me. Anyways in my daydream it was so simple i was reading a book on his couch and he just pulled out this beautiful one karat diamond ring and i said yes. Mind you i am so damn scared of marriage with passion. There is something about the forever thing that scares me but in this day dream it was satisfying. Ok. My best friend in the entire world is a guy. I am really good friends with his sister, too...but, somehow I'm not as close with her than I am with him. People kinda look down on us because we're best friends...and we're opposite genders. It makes us feel bad. But we never let that stop us from being friends. Well, a few weeks ago he told me he "likes" me. Now I'm worried that it's gonna get out, and our friendship will stop because of our parents or something. My sister came to visit me and when she was here, she met someone I work with. During her 2 month visit they saw each other quite often. She left about 1 1/2 months ago and missed him a lot, so invited him to come and see her. They have continued to talk on the phone, but last night she told me that she really likes him... as a friend. I work with him and he is always asking me about her. The other day my boyfriend who works 10pm- 7am didn't come home until around 11:00. He was at his ex's house after work. She called him around 5:30 in the morning and was upset becuase her dog got killed by a truck. He went over there and comforted her and hung out with her, her mom, and step-dad. The thing that got me was that he didn't call and tell me what he was doing. His cell phone doesnt work over that way and he said he didn't want to wake me if he called at 7:00 am. I got mad becuase i'm supposed to be his priority not her. I think what got me more mad was that i had woken up from a bad dream about my rapist and wanted him to comfort me and then i found out that he was comforting her instead. I love him and trust him but i got so mad. Am i just being crazy?
