My parents havent meet him yet cause hes 23 and in 19. I dont know how to tell my parents that were going out becuase they are so strick with me. I know my dad wouldnt approve of him at all but he doesnt approve of a lot of people. so if you have any ideas of how to tell my parents about him let me know

For starters, unless your boyfriend walks around with his age tatooed on his forehead, they aren't going to know right away. He's going to look roughly your age.
Just introduce him, get them talking. Be sure to prep him on what topics are taboo... If your father hates
What's important is that he treats you well. If your father can see that he's a respectful intelligent man the age difference won't be that big a deal later if you decide to mention it.

OKay you are 19 you can now legally live your own life. If you like the guy just be honest with your parents tell them you like the guy a lot and he's a couple years older then you.
My husbnad is 6 years older then me and we've been together for 7 years. So I personally don't see age as anything more then just a #.

At 19 it may be OK the age difference. If you were 12 and he was 16 there would be too much difference, just tell them and hope for the best.

Your 19. Your parents have no say anymore. Go with your heart. If he's a great guy, your parents will see that. They will eventually come around. Parents will always be parents. No one will ever be good enough for their little girls. Get them to see what you see in him.

I'm in love with someone who is 31/2 yrs. older than me and it's ok, b/c he is a good guy, he's in the military, so the discipline has instilled in him and he has high hopes for the future and he knows one false move can ruin his career, so he knows right from wrong, and does what is right.
