Yesterday i caught myself daydreaming about my boyfriend proposing to me. Mind you we just kinda started dating but he makes me happy and spoils the hell outta me. Anyways in my daydream it was so simple i was reading a book on his couch and he just pulled out this beautiful one karat diamond ring and i said yes. Mind you i am so damn scared of marriage with passion. There is something about the forever thing that scares me but in this day dream it was satisfying. Am I just over thinking this or is this something I should look into?

I think it just means that your boyfriend is special enough that you're willing to think about engagement with him...and that's something you weren't willing to give anyone else. Sounds very sweet to me! Just stay open to the possibilities of this relationship, take it one step at a time with him and see where it leads you. If he is the one you want to spend the rest of your life with, there should be no hurry to get into the marriage. I actually think marriage starts the minute you pledge your love and devotion to the right one. At that point, there is no other one for you...marriage just makes it legal, it's the heart that binds us. Sounds like you're falling in love with him hon! Enjoy the ride!

It sounds like you're almost ready to get past this fear. Because of you're day dream maybe you're realizing that marriage and commitment aren't that bad. Of course it's too early to worry about it now but maybe if he proposes in the future you won't be so scared because you'll know what to expect.

Not enough information... if you are 15 you should panic at the thought of marriage, if you're 20 it should be getting interesting.. if you are 30 you need some serious therapy.

It seems to me you are scared of commitment, youneed to dig into your self and askwhy, if you have a good man why not go all the way! Some women wish to find a man that spoils them and handles his business at home!
