We have been together for almost a year and talk about getting married a lot - but, because he is Catholic. If we are married in the Baptist church, his marriage will not be recognized as and official marriage in his church. I am willing to explore Catholicism in the future, but my grandmother's have passed and I would like to be married in the Baptist church to honor them. Any suggestions?

By leaving the door wde open i mean that my best friends wife is enjoying and encouraging my flirting and etc. For example this tuesday myself, her and her husband were at a local lake swimming with our kids (they have 2 and myself and my wife have 1). Even with him only a few feet away we did everything but have sex, and she made it very clear that she wanted it to contiue into more. PLEASE someone give me some advice

My boyfriend has changed after the the 4th of July. We were both at this theme park and I wanted to spend some time with him out there, but when I told him he was like "I'm gonna walk with my boys for about an hour" and then he said he was gonna call me and walk with me after that. Did he call? No. That really hurt me. And after that, I saw that he hasn't been calling me in the morning like he usually do or on his lunch break while he's at work. I'm wondering if it's another girl...How shoud I handle this? What should I do? What should I tell him?

He has a gf but he is still trying to make me fall for him. At first, I thought he just wanted us to be friends, but now he has told me that he loved me...
I didn't want to accept this situation, even though I like him. But he brings me flowers, candies...
I don't know if I should accept them


Why is he doing this...? I've never encouraged him.

I got married about a year and a half ago. I told my mother's cousin (who lives out of state) that I wasn't able to invite her because I didn't have room for more people at my wedding.

This is partly true. The main reason is because I haven't seen her since I was 16 and she was always mean to me when I did see her.

She yelled at me for adding too much sugar to a cookie mix, she yelled at me for spelling her son's name wrong, she told me I was a snob for shopping at the more expensive grocery store, etc.

Did I mention I was only 11 when she did all this?

Why should I feel bad about not inviting some psycho second cousin to my wedding? My mother felt I had the right to not invite her.

I have a friend who is in a relationship with a recovering drunk. She also has a child. He has thrown her out of his home at least 2 in the last 6 months, and treats her poorly(constantly verbally degrading and neglectful).

Not to mention his very controlling nature.(His friends and family show-up at random times to make sure she's home, and she has no car, job, or phone. Per his orders.)

No, he's not the babys' daddy and they're not married.

I've known them about 7 months, and I don't think the environment he's building/presenting for them, is at all conducive to raising a child. Surely, constant arguing and her unhappiness must affect the child?
They are all fairly young: Mother 20, Child 2, Drunk 22.

Is it wrong of me to try and convince her to leave him permanently?

Before anyone jumps to conclusions, I have absolutely no romantic or sexual interest in this woman what so ever.

What should I do?

ok here's the deal. I met this guy and we've both been goin to dinner with other people, but i like him a lot and he has said the same to me, almost every day. I know if it werent for the distance, we'd be together. He says i make him happy, and he feels better when he's tlaking to me, and im the same way with him. I cant quit thinking about him, no matter what im doing, and he has said he cant quit thinking about me. Lately i've had a feeling about him, and i think i love him. But im afraid if i tell him things will get awkward, if he doesnt feel the same way. We talk for hours every day, and i dont want that to end.
