Possibly or it could mean that she was raised properly to look at a person when she's talking to them.
You can usually tell the difference between flirting and being polite though.

Not necessarily. It could just mean she thinks you're interesting, and would want to meet you. Usually when a girl looks into a guy's eyes, then it means that she wants to start a conversation.

looking into sum1s eyes can mean many diff things if shes telling u sumthing then looking straight into ur eyes then shes tellin the truth al ot of ppl cant lie bcoz they dont make eye contact also lookin into sum1 eyes and laughin at what they do flirtin all means they cud like u hope that helps xxx

if it is longer than about 3-4 seconds - probably. or it may be that she has caught you eyes first and is checking out whether you are the predator. or you might look like some-one she knows and she is trying to verify this....or a whole lot of other things. Dont be a whimp. Go chat to her (if you like to) and chat her up to find out

she's just taught that it's polite to look ppl in the eye when she's talking to them. and it also depends on how long she looks into your eyes for. if your conversation with her has come to an end and she's still gazing in them, then it's possible that she has a thing for you.
