My girlfriend had a bad day yesterday and its not a good time of the month for her. Im at work and she is home alone sad. I need some suggestions that dont cost too much money that would make her feel happy and loved (either things I can do at work or when I get home).

aww that is cute. well..first of all give her lots of affection when you get back. maybe send her loving text messages throughout the day. so she doesn't feel like your not home.

you could try the flowers thing. but i suggest giving her a massage on where she feels tired..like her lower back maybe. i could soo use one of those right now. or a foot massage is also good. make sure she's heavily medicated..hahah. ..i.e. advil!! and if she's still feeling bleugh, take out a hot water bottle and fill it up..not too hot. and give it to her.

get out her favorite movie, especially if you hate it, and watch the whole damn thing. and talk if she feels like it during any of this. and please just listen and no judgement. most ppl just want to talk and not hear ppl saying much besides ya, your right, or ya i can understand that. so give her that.

all of that would definitely make my day.

there are a few things u can do, first u can send her a e-card from 123greetings.com telling her how u're thinking about her and wanting to take her out to a movie or maybe a romantic dinner. (think of a place) be sweet and tell her that u're always there for her and if there's anything u can do to make her happy then she should let u know because seriously, money can not buy happiness so as long as u're there for her in every way then u're more than appreciated!!

Very important to talk to her, ask her what she's feeling. If you have time while you're at work, give her a call. LISTENING IS KEY!!! LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN. Sometimes us ladies need to vent and sulk and really want our guy to hear us. Also, even cheap flowers will make the worst of days better. Good luck.

Laughter is good medicine. If she is uncomfortable because of her time of the month, you can offer her a foot massage when you get home. If she is just moody or sad, watch a comedy.

Call and have some flowers delivered to her at home. She'll love the surprise.

Well, first buy her something that you know she likes. It can be inexpensive chocolate or flowers [Walmart is good for that]. And then just LISTEN to her. Don't give her advice [unless she asks for it], just give her a shoulder to cry on.

And give her a hug.
