First, when we see a man.. we'll notice hair and eyes. So make sure you've got great hair and we can see you eyes.
Next, we have to love your personality. So really be yourself, and try to make us laugh some, but don't push it.
It's pretty much just the way you treat her after that, give us attention, any guy who does that is usually in, but remember don't ever push it. Be a gentlemen too, open doors, pay, etc.
Oh and having money only helps you, yea we like it.. but it won't matter to us really.

When he got nice eyes, two of 'em an most of his hair is on his head.
A man should be (or at least act) confident. Women like men who pretend to be interested in their boring stories, are a bit mysterious and give them lots of compliments.

Eyes are a good start, also a guy that takes time to ask a girl what she likes and what she has done with her day and one that makes her laugh that is definately a good quality , but i think there is something that just clicks with two people and they connect

i think it's the guys personality that attracts a girl ...and the most vital physical attraction for me of a guy is his eyes...a guy with beautiful eyes will get most girls crazy becaused that's what you will look into for the rest of your life...
