I am 22 and I really have no idea what I am suppose to do to even start the process. I don't have alot of money. How much does it cost? I live in Texas. How long does it take to be final? Can I do it without having to get a lawyer? We have been married 5 years and have a 4 year old daughter together. He will NOT try fighting me for custody of her, I know that for fact. And we can split all our assets ourselves.

me and this girl named adrienne are really good freinds. We had planned to go to the midnight premeire of pirates of the carabean with another person, and i said i could go which i could, then that other person had a change of plans and couldnt go till the next night so. We changed our plans to go friday, then adrienne suddenly says shes gonna go with someone else at midnight on thursday (our original plans) but now im not invited....wtf? is this a b*tchy thing to you too??

I am somewhat of a rebel guy but my friends know me as an upstanding guy. When I am out on the town guys dont mess with me because I am fairly big (NOT FAT). And my looks can be intimidating. Ive been compared to Stone Cold Steve Austin. But when I am in a relationship I treat women with respect and dignity. I tend to attract these psycho girls looking for a bad boy. Then when I am good to them they leave and get with some A** Hole guy. Only after being crapped on by the guy do they realize they want me back. I dont usually go back out with them because they should have seen it in the first place. Besides who wants a woman that dumped you for a guy like that and come back after he used her. I am thinking about becomming one of those A** Holes just so the women will stay with me. Should I?

My mate is been cheating on me for a long time now with the same woman but because I love him so much I still decided to stay in a relationship eventhough it hurt me so much deep inside and he knows how hard it is for me but still he doesn't stop cheating. I am 20 years old. I had my first boyfriend when I was 16. We were together for 3 years. It was the typical relationship. Jealousies, insecurities, doubts, fights, fears, and even lust. We are both christians and the broken relationship has deeply affected our individual lives since the break-up. We both have learned so many things out of the experience. Including what really love is. The major problem was our past lives. We grew up differently but both of us had a not-so-normal childhood. We were both trained to be the best we can be. I was a musician and a consistent honor student ever since and he was too. We actually met at church. We've been together in the praise and worship team for 6 years and we've been friends for more than 10 years.
It was he who finally said it has to be over... I was so hurt... I feel like a dumpee. And now, after a year, he has realized but he's still fickle minded. I still love him but I'm too scared. But i've told him that i can't anymore. Am i right?

my sister is 15 and her b/f is 17. I'm sixteen. We were at the house watching movies, and my sister went to go make popcorn. 2 seconds after she left, her b/f puts his arm around my shoulders. My mom did not let me use the internet until about 4 months ago and still made me watch PBS kids and stuff until i was 15. She also won't let me leave the house to even go to a friends house across the street unless she watches go to the then i have to come back and tell her what happened and then go back if shell let me. She also is not planning on letting me take drivers ed until im 18 and doesn't want me to leave the house for college. I think shes being overprotective, what do you think, is this normal?
