Best clue is that she thinks you are an idiot or worse. If she gives your opinions no value and she seems to look for excuses to be outraged with you, the stage is set for someone else to sneak in to her panties. Or someone already has. She treats you this way because she needs to justify her abhorent behavior - if you are a total loser, then her actions are perfectly understandable.

To be sure, hire a private investigator. These guys are not like th ones you see on TV. They all seem to spend a lot of time catching cheating spouses. There is a liquid you can buy and you can put it on something she wore and if it turns purple there is semen present.
