My bf was married and we starting dating before he got divorced and have been dating for 2 yrs now. He tells me that he loves me but I think he is cheating on me b/c he goes over to his ex-wife's house to spend time with his kids which i understand, but sometimes he spends the night over there. the past week he has spent 4 nights there. he says that he doesnt want to be with her anymore but sometimes the way he acts makes me think different. I've seen pics he took with his phone of his ex in her undies. and he also said that he went out of town once but i have suspisions that he didnt. may have proof too. can anyone help me with this issue? do you think that he is unfaithful to me?

Actually, I'm sure she does love me, but we can't agree on anything. She thinks, I do and say the opposite to what she says. But its not true. I have 3 kids, and i don't want to think of the idea of not getting to see them as often as i do now. My wife has the nicest body, but doesn't let me touch her, she doesn't like sex, nor does she think its important. She thinks its ok to argue in public, but ignores me at home. She has banned my family 'cause she thinks they don't like her. She wants material stuff, but expects me to come up with a way to pay for things. She doesn't like when i have friends, meanwhile her sister is her best friend. She speaks spanish around her family, knowing i don't understand, and her family speaks english. I don't know what to do. We did counseling but she says its dumb and we stopped going. We never say we love each other too, not sense our 2nd year of marriage. She is always angry, i see it, and the kids do to.

I need some help on writing a letter to my x, i dont want it to be long, just short and sweet

I need to get a divorce and I need to go bankrupt...but I have no income available for fees.
What do I do? Time is only making things worse. I am employed but it takes all I have to live...I have no lump sum monies. Are there lawyers who finance? Someone please give good advice.

Okay! Ive been living with my girlfriend for a year and things are good and we have gone through tuff times in the past. I am currently working 55 hours a week and she currently stays home. She asked me if this upcomming weekend we could go ring shopping for her. she basically wants me to marry her and I continue to tell her that I am not ready for it. she is currently enrolled in college and works during the school year and I work and do college. I said I am currently not ready for marriage and want to wait until she has her degree and I have mine. she is basically giving me an altimative. she loves me and I dont totally have that feeling for her just yet but believe i would in the future. whats everyones take. help!!!!!

My brother has been married from 4 yrs. and they have a common couple friend who is married as well. well it turns out that my bro Jeff and the other married woman did make out and kiss. but then they talked about really liking each other and not taking things further, they said no to sex cause they are married. well i have seen that my hub when he sees the woman at our parties or in social places, they do have this staring going on. My bro will not tell me if his wife knows about it or not, and i dont want to be the bearer of bad news, i feel it's between them hub and wife. but my sis in law still replies to the other woman and lets her know what is going on in a friendly way. when Jake talks to the woman's hub they talk about anything and everything but what he and his wife did. so you dont think my sis in law knows that my bro Jake cheated on her right? The sure sign is she would stop being nice to her and email her and ask how she is or what she is doing for July 4th

I am considering a divorce. What are the chances of getting the house instead of the wife?

I know it's impossible but she will loose it if she gets it. She does no housework (haven't touch a vacuum sweeper in months, doesn't do dusting), yes she is a compulsive hoarder. We have dogs that she can not take care of. She can not mow grass. She does not want to spend the money necessary to repair anything.

I can easily go, but I would hate to see the house go into a state of disrepair.

He has a wife and one child with his wife, there has been no divorce or leagal separation. He has no other children. The child support commitee is looking for him he just found out today. Does he owe them anything for the daycare assistance his wife recived while he was in jail? If his wife is trying to get child support from him without filing a divorce, can she do that?

Have you adopted? Would you like to? My wife and I have 3 boys. (8yrs., 3 yrs. & 5 months). We'd like a girl but I don't think it's in the cards. (I'm the oldest of 5 boys, too). We may adopt a girl from a Latin American country a 3-5 years. For that matter we may just move from Mississippi to Ecuador. We've been there a few times.
