I have always believed you can tell how a guy really feels about you by the things he doesn't say! If he brushes your hair from your face, pulls you closer and gives you a soft kiss on the cheek when he sees another guy checking you out, if he can look into your eyes and you know exactly what he is thinking or vice versa without having to say a word. Than I am pretty sure he likes you my friend. I have always believed actions speak louder than words...

First of all most guys will not just come out and say I like you or I care for you. They will fidget around and perhaps act a little weird when in your presence.
Some guys are to shy and hate to be turned down, that is the reason most guys will not come right out and admit that they like or care about a girl when in fact they really do.
A guy that like you will find a reason to always be around you, a way to call, and just talk about nothing and nothing.
If you are as shy as he is perhaps you should have one of your girlfriends contact one of his boys and let it be known that if he ask you will go out on a date with him. Then send you girlfriend to confirm it and when he is gonna ask.

how he acts around u if he acts stupid then thats a way some other ways are if:
he is shy round u
he stutters when he talks round u
or any of those things and if he tells u he likes you, you could find out if he likes u by going up to him and starting a Would u rather game such as
would u rather date me or live with ur mother for a month?
would u rather kiss me or dive into a shark infested pool?
would u rather take me out on a date or live with your brother/sister/dad/mother for a year?

If he doesn't come out and tell you then you could tell by the way he acts towards you.

If he flirts with u a lot or sort of picks on u just to talk to u and u catch him looking over at u a lot.

you can tell if he likes you if:
-he stares at you, then he looks away when you look up
-flirts with you
-uses any excuse to go and talk to you
-tries to make you laugh
-smiles at you a lot
-teases you for fun, but then if you get mad, he tells you sorry
