I heard this song on a Panic! At The Disco song called Lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off, and i heard this song. so can anyone tell me what Harlequin means?

a Harlequin was one of the clowns in the Comedia del Arte. ( An old Italian theatre style) The harlequin wore cast off clothing from his master, with many patches sewn on it. These patches evolved into the diamond shapes on clowns clothing.
