I am looking to relocate and buy a house in Atlanta. I would like to be near gay couples/families. Where is the best area near the city of Atlanta?

Most gay people in Atlanta live in or around the Midtown area. There is also a significant population of gays in the town of Decatur about 5 miles away, but most live in Midtown.
