Tell her as early as possible. If you dont make a big deal about it, neither woudl she. If you suprise her when she gets older, it will be more devistating for her, and could create a potential rift between her and the step dad.

Get her used to the idea now. She's still young.
Children can learn languages much faster than adults can, so telling her now is a good thing.
However, if her biological father has not been taking care of her and supporting her, and this man who she thinks is her real HAS has been fathering her, then tell her that she has two dads.
It may sound silly, but it will be much less of a shock to her as she grows, learns about reproduction, and understands the difference between emotional and biological connection.

It does not matter how she tells her, though as she is still a child, maybe telling her it makes her special will help.
To answer you question, the little girl must be told now, and I mean now or the second she is awake enough.
I was adopted when I was 6 weeks old, so I obviously knew nothing about it, but I have always known.
Tell her now.

she should not tell her daughter yet but she should have the real father come around more so her daughter likes him and get to know him so when she does your friend tells her daughter she will already know him and be ok with but her daughter might be a little mad about it

tell her now, because some very nice family member or friend will tell her and it will be devastating if she hear it from somebody else. do not make a big deal out of it she will be fine.

I don't know, but you should take extra english classes, because your question is extremely confusing. AND, there are reasons that there are punctuation marks in writing.
