I want to become involved in a child protection volunteer program...?
However, I cannot seem to find any in my local area. The only programs I can find are legal career options. Does anyone know of a national based program or regional based program that I can get started in my community. (Not including Big brother's and sisters Org.) I would appreciate any help I can get!

I like this guy. He is 3 yearolder then me... He says I'm too young for him but I think he still likes me. I put my head on his shoulder and he put his head on mine. I know that some people might say "he toldly like you." I'm not sure though because he is a huge flirt and he hugs and bits girls on the neck... I'm not sure if he likes me. How would I be able to tell if he has feelings for me?

I've been in a long distance relationship for 2 1/2 years and he and I had a very good understanding, but the more that you're apart, trust does become an issue. I made the biggest mistake of my life and retrieved his voice messages and confronted him with it. It turned out to be innocent, but now he says that he cannot be around someone who doesn't trust him. I just became insecure for a brief moment and now I wish I could take it back. He and I talk everyday and now live in the same city and behave as if we're still in a relationship, but he maintains that we're "just friends". I'm so in love with him and my children adore him as well and he treats them as if they are his own. I know that what I did was completely wrong, but how can I make this right with him and let him know I will never do this again?

Two years just seemed like a good amount of time...I know people who went out for over a year and it lasted, but they eventually broke up. It's just a time period I chose.

But I'm talking about a...teenage relationship. I'm 18 and my boyfriend is almost 20. We've been together for a while. Two years is still a way in the future...but I'm just curious. I want to wait until i get married, but I don't see marriage in my future just yet because we are both still so young.

I'm asking because he's starting to fool around with me a lot more. Not that I mind...but I think he's getting a lil frustrated.

while i was in hospital my new-borns Grandpa asked my mom on a date while i was laid up in a bed from cecarean. I was angry. They said it was a friendly thing to get my mom out of hospital. Wrong! I knew what .His perverted self was tryin to get with my mom and get her into bed. His own kids and ex wife talk about how he is. He is an alcholic and dips tobacco. My mom does not like that in men. But he hides it when he visits her. The next couple days he came to my hospital room and talked to his son about gettin some a** and stuff in front of me. He also kissed my kneck from being showin up drunk at hospital while my family was gone. Ever since they have gotten together it has created problems between my family and his.. Yea i know their not Blood..(My mom and My childs Grandpa on other side) But basically they should be family because of birth of my child. They shouldnt let their hormones and lonliness draw them together to create more problems than our family already has. Help Me!!

I recently got a message from a guy that responded to my online personals ad several months back. We didnt' really chat or anything as at the time I was looking for someone in my city but have since tried to be more open to someone who lives outside the city. He emailed me and I emailed him back. It bothers me that he never says anything in his emails other than o.k. or gives me the best time to call him. We talked on the phone and he wants to meet now. I would lillke to meet hime but it bothers me a little that we haven't chatted online and have only talked on the phone once. I don't think he is married or anything because I have his phone number and name and all but it seems if I meet a guy who I haven't really exchanges info with, they drop a bomb on me within minutes of meeting, and then I know I am wasting my time with them and should have stayed home. I met a guy once whom was divorced, which I can handle but when we met he told me he had been divorced 3 times.

Would any of you become involved in an 'internet relationship'? In other words, becoming emotionally involved with someone living in another country via internet chat or something similar.

What are your thoughts on this? Have you experience of this relationship? What are your thoughts on this, even if you have no experience?

I am divorced and have been dating a lady for 9 months who also divorced around the same time. Our ex's are two peas in a pod. She is attractive, healthy, and has a good career. I recently learned she had a on/off relationship with a guy she lived with in college(this was years ago) . After college she married him for 6 months then divorced which she stated they got married to "just get married". Then she married husband #2 and had children. divorced after 10 years. I recently learned 2 months after her separation with husband #2 she had a "fling" with a guy for 3 weeks which she sees now was to fill the void. Are these RED FLAGS....am I shallow for feeling like I cant get over her having a "fling" ..unloving sex with someone??!!! I just cant get over being with someone who can have sex just to have sex!!!! OR do I need to grow up and get over this. Is this something LOVE - to forgive and be understanding and acept who she is? OR do I need to run?!?!?!

What's the matter actually if I have such CLOSE & FANTASTIC relationship with MY own beloved little SISTER...? Am I wrong here?

I live together with my own beloved little sister in our small flat... just two of us since our parent has passed away long time ago. We have no more closed blood relative left. Anyway, I'm currently 20 and she's 19 and we're both studying in the same college. I'm majoring in physics while she's on literature. We also earn more money by singing in the wedding and café.

We both are so totally open and genuine each other. We love to share about anything, even about our personal problem in college and our love and sex live. Sometimes, if I don't hang out with my girlfriend and neither does she with her boyfriend, we're used to killing some time together... going to the movie, strolling in the park, cooking our dinner together, kinda of brother and sister's stuffs....
